Restaurant - total scam pricing. The food is just not that good... the price you pay is for the location and the view... however the service and food is not worth it!! Stay Away!

Sinan hooked us up as always, everyone is very helpful and nice, would definitely recommend this place.

It’s a calm and stylish spot to start the day. The view does most of the work — you don’t need to do much. The burrata was fresh and well-balanced, the sourdough nicely toasted. I liked the matcha, though it came a bit too iced — I’d go for it hot next time. Service wasn’t fast, but I wasn’t in a rush, so it didn’t bother me. Not crowded in the morning, which is a big plus

I had a confirmed reservation at Bebek Hotel by The Stay, guaranteed with my credit card. I even called two days before arrival to inform them I’d be checking in early, and everything seemed in order. Less than 24 hours before check-in, I received a sudden cancellation email and a refund — no explanation, no apology, no attempt to assist. I spent nearly an hour trying to reach someone by phone. When reception finally answered, they said they “couldn’t help” and that the reservations team was unavailable and unwilling to speak with me. No one ever called back. No one replied to my emails. This hotel operates with complete impunity and disregard for its guests. Their behavior was arrogant, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable — especially from a property that charges a premium and positions itself as a luxury destination. A last-minute cancellation without cause, zero accountability, and no willingness to even speak to the guest? Absolutely disgraceful. Avoid this place — you’re paying luxury prices, but getting treated with total indifference. Book elsewhere.

This place was one of the best hotel rooms I have stayed in. Great view of the water from our balcony. Room was clean and modern bathroom. Hotel staff let us check in early which was great after a late night flight. Highly recommend. Staff was very nice.

I spent 3 nights at the Bebek hotel and am so happy I did. I often use the American Express FHR network when I travel but for this trip to Istanbul (my 3rd) I chose Bebek Hotel. The neighborhood is beautiful and I wanted to enjoy walks on the Bosporous each morning. The hotel has been around for a while but was taken over by a group who have really elevated the property. Top notch service, beautiful original art work, wonderful food and outstanding views (get room facing Bosporous) are all stand out characteristics. The roof bar was not open yet because of the time of year but the terrace restaurant was amazing. I ate a few meals there and in addition to the stellar food I enjoyed the scene. It’s a hot spot where beautiful people come to see, be seen and enjoy the views, food and beverages. Can’t wait to return.

Günün hangi saatinde olursa olsun Teras Barına girmek istediğinizde kapıdaki “yalancı” hanımefendi rezervasyonsuz kabul edemiyoruz yalanıyla sizi içeri almıyor. Daha sonra rezervasyon için aradığınızda hangi gün olursa olsun “ yerlerimizin hepsi doldu” yalanıyla rezervasyon yapmıyor kahvaltı için olsa bile. Tamamen etik kurallardan yoksun bir işletme olduğu aşikar. Nerede eski Bebek Otelinin kalitesi. İşletene de burada çalışanlara da yazıklar olsun kalitesizlik diz boyu.

Bebek stay otelin restoran bölümüne bir hafta önceden rezervasyon yaptırdık. Yoldayken aradığımızda bize rezervasyonun yapılmadığını söylediler Şehir dışından geldiğimizi söylememize rağmen restoran bölümünde telefonla görüştüğümüz personel kayıtlı isim olmadığını yardımcı olamayacaklarını söyledi. Bir hafta öncesinden bizden rezervasyon ve hatta numaramızı alıp sonrasında o gün böyle bir rezervasyon yok diye bizi mağdur ettiler. Telefonda ilk etapta hiçbir şekilde isminiz yok deyip biz aramaya kayıtlarına baktıralım dediğimizde yedek listesinde gibi bir cümle kullandı personel. İnsanların akıllarıyla dalga geçer gibi bir üslupta lar. Zaten böyle bir zamanda insanların vakitleri yeterince değerli. Şehir dışından ayarlanmış bir rezervasyonu kafanıza göre iptal edip sonra da böyle bir rezervasyon alınmamış diyemezsiniz. İstanbul'un en güzel konumlarından birinde bu şekilde bir otelin olması rahatsız edici. Kesinlikle rezervasyon yaptırdık nasıl olsa siye güvenip gitmeyi n. Sizi arkadaşlarınıza ve dahi çevrenize karşı mahcup duruma düşürürler. Son olarak telefonda konuştuğumuz restoran bölümündeki adını doğru söylediyse Aygen isminde çalışanı hep rezervasyonları kendi aldığını hem de müdürü bağlamasını istediğimizde müdür olduğunu söyledi. Bir otelin müdürünün restorana rezervasyon aldığında ilk duyuyorum. Saçmalık. Bu oteli tercih etmeyi n.

Otel konum ve konsept olarak çok güzeldi. Fakat, odamızın perdeleri çalışmıyordu ve konuyu düzeltme adına yardımcı olunmadı maalesef.

Amazing llocation, food incredible, Michellin star restaurant.

Herşey harika. Tek problem otopark. Ama o bile bu deneyime gölge düsüremedi.
