Amazing hotel, but I have to acknowlodge the front desk. Super helpful, top notch staff

Cet hôtel n’est pas un hôtel. C’est un club (avec de la musique sympa) pour la jeunesse dorée et où les clients peuvent dormir sur place à la fin de la soirée. Vers 2 ou 3 heures du matin. Malheureusement pour les clients normaux (businessman, touristes etc) il n’est pas possible de dormir avant 3h du matin même fenêtre fermée. L’isolation phonique est faible. Sinon la vue des chambres est exceptionnelle . Le service de l’hôtel est attentionné. À noter que le service côté restaurant est séparé de l’hôtel. Être un résident ne vous garantie pas une table sur l’eau qui sont systématiquement réservées. Elles sont d’ailleurs restées vides les deux fois où nous avons dîner ou déjeuner avec ma femme. 5 étoiles pour la vue 1 étoile pour le sommeil

Arkadaşlarımla 8 kişilik grup kahvaltı için Terrace restauranta gittik yemek kalitesi ortalamaydı içecek istedim kötüydü.Garsonlar çok kötüydü hesap getiren erkek garson sorulmadığı halde gelen hesapta garson servis ücretinin bulunmadığını söyledi 8 kişi donup kaldık bu kadar açgözlülük ve utanmazlık görmedim.

Wir waren zu zweit zufällig auf das Restaurant gestoßen und hatten ohne Reservierung nach gewisser Wartezeit doch noch einen Tisch bekommen. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön, das Lokal meiner Ansicht nach eher ein Club - Geschmackssache. Die Vorspeise war in Ordnung, wenn auch nicht außergewöhnlich. Das Pilzrisotto hätte ich dann besser nicht gegessen. Offenbar habe ich mir dadurch eine Lebensmittelvergiftung geholt, ich musste mich wenige Stunden später in der Nacht 6x übergeben und hatte am Tag darauf Fieber. Ein sehr teurer Spaß, nie wieder!

Rooms and suites have an amazing view (for the ones on the sea side). As for the rest it’s a huge disappointment, to say the least. You’d be much better welcomed in other hotels in Istanbul, especially for this price. They have a very nice terrace restaurant by the water, which you can barely access, except for breakfast. Food is nothing special. It is impossible to book it for lunch or dinner, even if you have a suite. The staff is very rude and doesnt care if you are a hotel resident. This same restaurant turns into a club (which you still can't access) with extremely loud music making it simply impossible to sleep until it stops ... After 5 am. On top of that, we had almost one hour in the complete dark as there was no power in the building. It’s clearly not a hotel. It’s a posh restaurant/club, with average food, high prices, rude staff, and some rooms available upstairs with low consideration for its residents.
