Прекрасный отель, расположение топ. Все рядом. Номера с видом на Босфор 1 супер. Только лучше просить, по возможности, номер с балконом

It was a memorable staying! Top notch service and facilities, the room with sea view was stunning. Also, the location very close to Taksim square is perfect. Strongly recommended if you want an unforgettable 5-star hotel experience.

Роскошный отель, думаю один из лучших в Стамбуле с такой локацией (три минуты пешком до площади Таксим). В номере с видом на Босфор захватывает дух от красоты. Отличные завтраки. Хороший бассейн, фитнеса зал, сауна, хамам (включены в стоимость проживания)

服務態度很差，酒店也很老舊，不懂那些博主是不是收了錢，然後都推這個酒店。環境衞生也很差,還是使用這種舊的設計 洗澡都站不穩。

Хотела е waw, широки и красиви общи части, голями стаи, голяма баня. Изключително чисто, невероятни барове и ресторанти, с уникална гледка и много вкусна храна. На паркинга има места. Изключително любезен персонал. Много съм доволна от престоя си, препоръчвам го. Всеки който е там се чувства специален.

攜程提供的入住是代理預訂的，人員名單核對出現問題時，前台態度極為傲慢，頤指氣使，多次聯繫攜程，通過代理查詢訂單，明明是代理的問題，卻把責任都推給客户，酒店預訂自身也有問題。

怎麼説呢，除了海景套房（高層）能看到海，與前台同一層的就是純房景。前台安排了一間看牆壁的房間，真的是看牆壁（前台同一層右手邊的都是這樣的房間），多次交涉得以換房。
