Marpalace Hotel arvostelua

I called this hotel ahead of time to check if the room was ready. I was told it was and no problem. When arriving I met what seemed to be the owner that spoke very little English. He mumbled the room was not ready something about the water. He said he has another hotel and pointed us into a direction 2 guys took our bags. We followed them because we had no other choice as it was close to 23:30pm we were desperate to for sleep. We ended up in a place called Then Moss. The room which we were given was a basement room. It smelt like mould, the linen was damp and there where clothes in the cupboard (not sure who it belonged to). I would not recommend this hotel to any one. Please stay away

Leute aufpassen ! Wir haben für 5 Nächte gebucht aber haben nur 4 Stunden verbracht bis wir ein neues Hotel gefunden haben. Erstattet wurde uns auch nichts, wie der Besitzer des Hotel zu uns sehr unhöflich und unfreundlich sagte, dass wir keinen Cent zurück bekommen. Die innen und außen Bilder sind Fake, dieses Gebäude was man auf Internetseite sieht, existiert nicht, die restlichen Bilder sprechen das Zimmer nicht, alle Bilder wurden bearbeitet, die Betten sind schmutzig und passen nicht richtig im Zimmer. Die Toilette war sehr dreckig, meine Tochter konnte nicht aufs Klo, aufgrund der schmutzigen Toilette.

這個地方真的不好找，沒有明顯的標誌。定位也不是那麼準確。房間比較陳舊，窗户都沒有，還比較貴……個人覺得是性價比在伊斯坦堡算是比較低的了。

The worst stay ever. Never get convinced to book because it's cheap. The room is catastrophic the area is disaster

MARPALACE HOTEL evt Yastıklar sararmıştı, yerler sarıydı ve çatlaklar vardı. Yorganın üstünde uyuduk.
