Solid, good hotel. Got quickly a new room because in the first one somebody smoked. Room was nice refurbished. More far aware as the usual SAW airport hotels I usually stay.

Devamlı bu otelde kalıyoruz. Personelin ilgisi, güleryüzlü olması, otelin temizliği, konumu ***et iyi. Yine tercih edeceğiz. Teşekkürler

翌日サビハギョクチェン空港から出発するので、空港近くのホテルを予約。路線バスの乗り入れがありわずか27TLでホテルまで行くことができました。 ホテルは上質で従業員の皆さんもとてもスマートでした。ベルのBUTHAMさんはとても親切で私が質問する度に丁寧に説明してくれました。困ったことや用事があればいつでもどうぞ、ととても嬉しいお言葉もかけてくれました。 部屋はキングサイズのベッドをリクエストしていたもののツイン。どちらでも良いので問題はありませんでした。シャワー室にはボディソープとコンディショナーシャンプー（いわゆるリンスインシャンプー）、ハンドソープがありました。コンディショナーシャンプーは補充されていなかったようで一滴もありませんでした。アメニティはソーイングセット、シューズクリーナー、コットン、綿棒、シャワーキャップくらいで、歯ブラシやコームなどはありませんでした。 地下一階のスパエリアがステキすぎて感動しました。 サウナは50℃ちょっとの低めの温度でじわじわと温もるタイプ。アロマセラピールームでは冷気ミストが充満していて冷却ルームのように機能しています。他にもリラクゼーションルーム、マッサージ室、ハマム（垢すり）など全てが高品質で上質な空間でした。 マッサージとハマムは予約が必要で別料金ですが、サウナやジム、プールは無料です。水着があると良いですがTシャツでもいいよ、とのことでした。全てのエリアが男女共用なので水着の上からバスタオルを羽織って利用している女性もいました。そこらへんは自由にどうぞ、という感じ。 楽しみにしていた朝食ですが、ベジタリアンの私にはあまり選択肢がなくやや残念。よくあるトルコ料理の豆シチューとかオクラとトマトの煮物、みたいなものを期待していたのですが、オシャレなパンやチーズ、サラダ、フルーツ、ナッツなどで‥ただキウイは頼むと剥いて持ってきてくれたり、玉子はオーダー式でお好みのように作ってくれていました。他、チャイやコーヒーなどはセルフではなく温かいものがスタッフさんから注がれます。 10時30分までの朝食ですが、10時頃行っても品数もあり食べている人も多く、ゆっくりとできました。 チェックアウト12時でスパエリアは13時まで使っていいよ、とのことだったので、11時にチェックアウトして荷物を預けて13時までサウナでくつろぎました。 そのあとは荷物を預けたまま周辺を散策してみました。住宅地のようでたくさんのマンションが立ち並んでいます。ホテルを出て左に行くとすぐにレストランやスーパーなどいろいろあり、もし連泊しても滞在には全く困らないと思います。 またぜひ利用させて欲しいホテルでした。

Every corner of the property was spotless, which I really appreciated. The breakfast, however, could be improved. While the selection was decent, I felt it lacked variety and quality in some aspects. That being said, the restaurant staff provided excellent customer service, making the dining experience more pleasant. The bed was a little too firm for my preference, which made sleeping slightly uncomfortable. While this is a matter of personal preference, it might be worth considering options for softer bedding or mattress toppers. The front desk staff during the day were friendly on my first day, but by the second day, I noticed a decline in service. I’m not sure what changed, but the level of attentiveness and hospitality didn’t feel the same. Additionally, I believe the front-line staff should improve their English skills, as clear communication is essential in a 5-star establishment catering to international guests. While the overall service was good, the hotel’s location is quite far from most attractions (except for the nearby outlets). This means you’ll need to rely on taxis frequently, which can add up in cost and time. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance to visit the spa, but based on the rest of the hotel’s standards, I imagine it would have been a great experience. Overall, while there were a few minor issues, I still had a pleasant stay. With some improvements in breakfast, front desk service consistency, and language skills, this hotel could be truly exceptional. Would I stay again? Possibly—but I’d consider other options based on location and convenience.

This is the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. It was friendly, clean and had delicious restaurants and shopping outlets around.

這個酒店基本上是我在歐洲住過房間面積最大的酒店了，可能是因為在亞洲機場附近比較偏，房價沒這麼貴，一到酒店放完行李就是後就去奧萊購物，大概需要打車5分鐘的樣子還挺方便的，而且這邊的奧萊比歐洲區的奧萊要稍微便宜一點

Çok sakin ve havaalamina çok yakın konumdaydı personelleri çok ilgili ve güler yüzlülerdi ***et memnun kaldık hersey mükemmeldi....

Otel çok temizdi çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve kibardı. Delux oda seçimi yapmıştım ve kesinlikle mantıklı bir seçim yapmışım. Odaların izolasyonu güzeldi

對酒店設施滿意，餐飲食品尚可。對攜程的遠程服務以及解決問題的能力表示滿意。希望能有機會下次再次入住同樣有優質服務的酒店。
