Всё было хорошо. В первый день номер был не готов(?), поселили в соседний более дорогой отель. Хорошее место положение и сервис.

I never leave the testimonial. But this time I really want to do it. It was the worst beginning at the hotel, I could imagine. Man, on the reception, said we don't have reservations because our agency canceled it. It was February 8, 2025. We arrived at 20.00. It was rain in the street. I gave him 3 passports. We were 3 women. He decided he could have money from these three women at the rainy evening. He was nervous. He was running along the reception deck. He said his hotel was full and we could go outside and find somewhere else the hotel for sleeping. I said No. Because I paid for room from 8 till 15 February. And asked to call the manager or administrator. He called someone. It was not manager for sure. I am not a fool. That man said sorry, but my agency canceled the reservation. After that man at the reception deck proposed to pay a deposit 100$ per night. I understood he just bribes. But I didn't have another way. I paid 100$. And at once, they said our room is ready and waiting for us. I knew it. At the room, I wrote to Trip.com manager support. And they helped me in 15 min to get my money back. Thanks to the team of Trip.com. Now about the hotel. Very dirty, old hotel. Blanket cover is torn, with holes. No bottle water that they propose on their website every day on my bed in my room. No clear towels. No cleaning every 2 days like they write in his information book in the room. Towels for 3 persons must be 3. We had only 2. Cups, glasses are in amount 2, not 3. Water from the shower is very slow 🐌 and there is no chance to wash hair. And Cockroaches! Yuck. Terrible hotel. Terrible staff. I will never propose to my friends and colleagues to go there. And I will never come back again.👎

掃除が甘かった。

Отель очень грязный, под кроватью валяются клубы пыли, пробки от бутылок. Тарелки на завтраке и стаканы тоже плохо помыты. Не рекомендую.

Todo muy bueno. Recomiendo 100% este hotel. El desayuno muy bueno. Y lo mejor, su ubicación

Отличное расположение, в самом центре, рядом остановка трамвая. Номера не очень большие, но так везде. Бронировали трёх местный номер, нам дали двухкомнатный 4х местный, за что спасибо персоналу. Завтраки немного однообразные но голодным не останешься.

Хороший отель в центре историческом центре Константинополя, все основные достопримечательности в пешей доступности. Рядом с отелем проходит трамвайная линия, так что до 12 ночи в номере будет шумно, но мы знали этот факт и нам не мешало. Отдельная благодарность персоналу отеля, он вежливый и услужливый, который готов помочь в любой ситуации
