Amazing location close to best attractions in Istanbul

Прекрасный отель, маленький островок счастья посреди центральных улиц Стамбула. Отдельно хочу отметить удобный матрац, фирменное постельное белье! До Голубой мечети и Айя Софии рукой подать. Можно дойти через парк Гюльхине до прекрасной набережной. Очень профессиональный персонал на стойке регистрации. Посоветовали,забронировали и даже сопроводили до ресторана с террасой и шикарным панорамным видом .

Location is very convenient to the top attractions and restaurants. Rooms are clean. But as it is next to the busiest street with trams going next to many of the rooms from 530am to midnight, this hotel may not be desirable for people who must sleep in a quiet location. When you asked for a room change due to noise, the management put it as the customers' fault. Arrogant and not-friendly management. The double-glass windows help to reduce the noise, but not totally. This 2-/3-star hotel charges as expensive as a 5-star hotel in a less convenient location.

У отеля есть плюсы и минусы. плюсы: оченнь хорошее местоположение, новый чистый отель. Из минусов: мной был оплачен номер DELUX 25 кв м а предоставили стандарт 19 кв м , обещали завтра поменять но сделали вид, что забыли ( разница в цене за 5 ночей более 120 евро), осадочек остался! Часть номеров выходят на трамвайную линию, очень шумно даже с закрытыми окнами. Завтраки обычные не блещут разнообразием, цена за завтрак 20 евро сильно завышена7

The reception staff is OK but unfriendly at times. They also speak limited English The bellboy was professional The breakfast staff was excellent, especially the manager The spa is tiny and heavily understaffed, only one person to do everything The room was not cleaned properly, when I wiped the toilet it had yellow marks, the bedding had stains as well, I guess cleaning staff is also understaffed like the spa The location is great and breakfast is tasty but definitely not a 5 star hotel, it’s 4 stars on a good day

All the staff at the hotel, including Dawoud, Bilel and all the kitchen staff are amazing and friendly, will go out of their way to help you and make your stay as comfortable as possible. The spot is very central to the touristy part of Istanbul. I was also able to pray Fajr in the two mosques. Highly recommend these stays

Stay here for 2 night. it was disaster. Called reception to inform my aircond is not functioning. They come n check. n said its already late, will check today morning. They r not coming till i call them back. Then next morning I called, they came n check, and said its working. i said, 'yeah the machince is working, but its not getting any cool air came from it?' stupid They said will fix it, they didnt give me any room to change. and the same thing. nothing happened. The next day, the so called Technician came, but he came at 3pm after I called them 2 times🫠. The aircond back to work after some setting. We go out for a walk, and came back at 10pm, Guess what? its hottt again! **** The room are soooo small that u cant even open your luggage. I dont really mind the issue if this came from a 3 star hotel. but u labelled it as 5 star? how come? is it a joke or what?

給太太和孩子訂的房，很滿意，地點沒的説，服務也很好

酒店位置優越，離T1線車站不到300米，出門就是主路，路邊吃飯的店鋪及賣小紀念品的店鋪較多，去藍色清真寺、聖蘇菲亞教堂、老皇宮步行都是15分鐘以內。酒店不大但很温馨，床品舒服，熱水好，晚上安靜，網絡好，一次性用品全，早餐有水果飲料麪包等選擇多能吃得舒服。我們到達的時候是上午，前台給我們提前入住，而且安排了拐角的房間，一下就緩解了長途跋涉的疲勞。酒店在老城區核心位置，周邊吃飯貴。

Hotel is closed to the Grand Bazzar with 5-10mins walking distance. It’s in the heart of everything. Closed to the Mosques and other tourist attractions. Beside the flooded shower, and not enough air conditioning, the room was great. We enjoyed the stay in the hotel.

床很潮，我懷疑上門噴了水，問前台説沒有，換了間房，不潮了

前面我點了10 分 推薦，是因為 我需要1 點check out 前台要求我們在一些app上點評。 其實 也不是不願意， 但是後面我説我在攜程上點評 他想要求我制定網站上。可是我沒有， 然後還要教我怎麼操作的時候。我有點不太願意了。我不喜歡這種被強迫的感覺。除此之外，交通，地理位置還是非常不錯的。 非常核心的地方，如果要打卡旅遊景點，強烈推薦大巴扎去一下
