สกปรก ทำเลไม่ดี พนักงานมีคนเดียวเดินทั่วทุกตึก พนักงานน่ารักอัธยาศัยดี แต่โรงแรมทุเรศข้าวของเครื่องใช้พัง มี่นอนสกปรกเหมือนไม่ทำความสะอาดให้ลูกค้าก่อนเข้าพัก

Catastrophe. Dirty room,dirty shiits, they're recycle the room from the last guest,lol ... Very bad choice to be here...

The room was so dirty, The owner was not friendly, I can’t turned on the lights in the kitchen, the carpet was so wet, the floor was so dirty and the hotel location in the slum area. I complained about the room he told me that he will make sure to cleaned the next day. I can’t stay in this horrendous room so I stayed other places. I got full refund after keep requested to the owner. And tripcom agent help me to get full refund

很垃圾，千萬不要定，房間很臟地上全是腳印，其次地址很偏僻，在一個很陡的坡下面，房主也完全聯繫不上，是靠攜程客服才聯繫上的，進去之後除了失望沒別的，空調壞的用不了，水籠頭打開沒有水，別説洗澡，連洗手都沒水，房間很臟，可以用除了一張床啥都沒有來形容

位置：塔克西姆廣場還有一點距離，衹能步行，並且上坡下坡的路非常陡峭，是陡峭不是斜坡！拖着行李是一件很難的事，還好沒下雪，否則積雪一定會摔倒，再加上那應該是一個貧民區，好幾棟房子都是荒廢的，晚上自己一個人走還是要注意安全 服務：哪有什麼服務！入住還必須給主人打電話，他們可能不知道中國人的海外電信漫遊有多昂貴，主人會告訴你樓下鑰匙保管箱的祕碼，再就是住幾天根本沒人管你也沒人給你打掃衞生，連個前台都沒有，再加上那個陡峭狹小的旋梯，帶行李上下樓一定要注意注意注意安全！不開玩笑！ 衞生：個人覺得衞生狀況很糟糕，衞生間的馬桶還有糞漬，捲紙都是上一個客人留下來的，還留下一小坨香皂..自己燒了幾壺開水燙洗了很多次才敢用。只是跟攜程反饋了簡單情況，但攜程的態度模稜兩可，這個平台如今也是越來越糟糕。重點來了，那個床單和被套究竟換沒換根本不得而知，因為真的很臟！床單的兩頭都遮不住床墊，被套都罩不住被芯，這三晚就是這樣穿着外衣睡，被子也不敢真的蓋上！畢竟無法和主人溝通，所以也沒有找他們…. 綜合以上，不推薦住這裏！但這是這裏很多民宿的通病，在衞生方面來説，土國做的很糟糕。
