房間別的都好，佈局不行，住起來有點奇怪，沒有電梯也不好

War ein sehr schönes Hotel alles perfekt

I was assigned to third floor, but there was no lift. The facilities inside room, I think needed to be upgraded and renovated. Considering the price and location, it is still good, if you are going to take flight in SAW airport, you can walk to the metro station and going to the airport directly, it is my biggest consideration.

Очень уютный отель, с чистыми и просторными номерами. Персонал очень отзывчивый и готов помочь. Пополняли запасы воды в номере, меняли полотенца каждый день, предлагали чай и кофе при заезде и выезде. Нам очень понравилось

Very friendly people, close to everything in Kadikoy/Moda

Не соответствует действительности, отзывы заказные , отель старый ,написано от метро 600 метров на самом деле в два раза дальше , находится в подворотне , персонал любезный, для непритязательных путешественников.

The staff alone is reason enough to stay here! Our friends who waited for us in the reception area were offered hot drinks; when I had something delivered from another part of Turkey the staff accepted my package and paid the shipping fees and allowed me to pay them later; when my Mum was ill they ordered some soup for her and brought it to her room; These are just a few examples of them going above and beyond. The location of the hotel is just perfect. A 10 minute walk will get you to Söğütlüçeşme Marmaray station where trains take you to eg Üsküdar and Sirkeci in no time. Walk for about 15 minutes and you are at Kadıköy ferry terminal where ferries take you across to the European side. The central Kadıköy and Moda areas are a short walk away and you can also take the charming old tram. The hotel is close to the centre, but in a quiet side street. There is a large supermarked just a short walk away, too. We were lucky to be upgraded with no charge to a family room so we had plenty of space, 2 beds, a couch, a fridge and a bathroom with shower. Note that the hotel has no lift, but the staff kindly helped us with our luggage. Will for sure be staying here next time we visit Istanbul.

I stayed with my family for 5 days. We booked 3 rooms. Rooms, cleaning, location and personel was great. Our room was very large, also the sofa in the room help us very much becouse i stayed with my family. Tv was large i was suprised, with smart tv. Our air condition in the room was working well. The room was new , I recommend this hotel everyone.

Il n'est pas utile d'accabler le personnel, qui fait ce qu'il peut mais n'a pas la main sur grand chose ; par ailleurs notre réservation de quatre jours auprès d'une agence en ligne bien connue a été facilement annulée et remboursée devant notre exigence : nous sommes donc restés dans cette chambre UNE NUIT néanmoins, celle du dimanche 26 avril 2024 et avons payé la somme de 50 euros en TL. Mais on doit parler en tous cas de cette chambre 302 : vendue pour 35 mètres carrés, elle ne les fait certainement pas. A peine 20, et encore. Elle a certes des fenêtres sur ce qui a été un balcon par le passé mais l'une ne s'ouvre pas, l'autre s'entrouvre à peine ; les deux sont opaques, un film les transforme en mur blanc. L'impression d'ensemble est extrêmement déprimante. Le sol est recouvert d'une moquette très usée et rapiécée, sur un plancher inégal. L'état du matériel est assez désolant : le climatiseur est dans un aspect effrayant, comme l'ensemble de l'électricité. On accède à la chambre par un dangereux escalier. Comment peut-on vouloir séjourner ici ? Difficile de trouver de bonnes raisons, vraiment.

Can not recommend this place enough staff where absolutely amazing, rooms where cleaned everyday with fresh towels and tea and coffee was left every morning I left to go to another city and could not wait to get back to this hotel, beds where so comfortable and the little lamps making it super cosy
