比較中規中矩 優勢就是房間大 有泳池；缺點是空調不大好，晚上室外温度下來了 他也涼了

Behave of this hotel it is Terrible I asked the reception man I needed another day booked he said it’s cheaper when I pay via cash for one night it was £32 on my trip app but he charged me 2400 Turkish lira which in English money is £62 I asked for my money back they got the cctv up and all you could see was some off the money as the man grabbed it as soon as I put it down counting it you could see only 1000 Turkish lira and whick was 6 notes of 200 and they was Lieing saying it was 5 notes I asked I will take my money back and stay somewhere else but they did not give me my money back only 1400 they gave back so they kept the 1000 Turkish lira so they are stealing of English brits they thought I was stupid do not go to this stealing hotel I am a young women and there men and stole of me it’s disgusting and it looks nice in the pictures but is not nice there is no swimming or sauna or garden when it says there is there fraud money grabbers they even pretended to ring police I told them go on then they wasn’t showing the cctv correct so you could not see alll the money I handed over the worst hotel I have ever been to please AVOID this horrable place !

Très moyen. La piscine intérieure était inutilisable. Elle était sale. Les serviettes faisaient des pelochons, c'était extrêmement désagréable. Vous en avez partout dans le visage, la bouche, partout dans la chambre. Pas de seche cheveux dans la chambre. J'ai dû reclamer 3 fois pour qu'on m'on donne un. A mon arrivée, personne ne m'a expliqué le fonctionnement de l'hôtel. J'ai dû contacter l'hôtel par whatsapp pour avoir le code wifi... mais pas de wifi dans la chambre !!! J'ai tout de même piqué une tête dans la piscine extérieure. C'était bien. Le petit déj était coorect (très peu de variété).

Nous avons été très déçus de notre séjour. La chambre était humide avec de l’eau qui coulait du plafond dans l’entrée de la chambre. Le ménage n’était pas nickel. Nous avons souhaité changer de chambre et la demande a dû être réitérée pour que l’on nous propose une autre chambre avec la même problématique. De plus, la piscine extérieure la piscine intérieure étaient inaccessible (l’une pour travaux et l’autre pour un « nettoyage »).

Very satisfied with this hotel. With public transportation in walking distance!
