性價比超高 地點也不錯

I have stayed at over 100 different Hotels in my life, and TRYP by Wyndham Istanbul Taksim is by far the WORST hotel experience I have had!! They threw me out within a 15 min notice, even though the company had told them I had to stay until 18 PM. because my flight was at 20 PM. Afterward, they used 20 minutes to calculate the minibar... They gave me a 15 minutes notice at 11.45, while standing at the door waiting for me to pack my stuff, and told me if I was 1 minute late, they would charge me for one extra night. That resulted in In; I had to rebook my flight for: 122€ I lost my favorite shirt: 200€ I lost my Chromecast: 30€ The alternative would for me to walk around in Istanbul after my operation for 6 hours. I'm getting sick by the thought how they treated me.

J’attendais un taxi pour me promener, une personne m’a invité à rejoindre son taxi ( sois disant taxi de l’hôtel) pour «m’emmener faire du shopping, au retour il m’emmène dans un restaurant où dix personnes m’attendent pour me soudoyer de l’argent… ayant réussi à fuir et à prendre un vrai taxi, j’ai perdu 60 euros dans l’histoire pour une boisson…. Les malfaiteurs me réclamaient 300 euros…l’hôtel ne prévient même pas de ce genre de problème, et la personne en question fumait tranquillement devant la porte de l’hôtel sans que le personnel disent quelque chose. Je me suis fait vraiment avoir et j’ai vraiment eu peur…ils ont également essayer de me voler mes papiers….soyez prudent…l’hôtel devrait contrôler qui traîne devant son hôtel ( a moins qu’ils au courant de ses pratiquent…) au retour j’ai juste eu droit à désolé, soyez prudent… voyage gâché par ce genre d’expérience…

The hotel is rated 4 stars but actually I would give max 3 stars. In general was ok but cleanliness wise not the best. Toilet seer had marks of diarrhoea on the side of the seat. Toilet paper it’s a very cheap quality can’t even clean your bum. The towels were fairly clean but not the best I have ever seen for four star. The mattress is really poor quality and you feel like you’re sleeping on the floor. The covers was not enough for two people to sleep on so we were fighting over the cupboard all night. Complimentary drink inside the room,was not looked after the teabags was probably there for the last 10 years. The breakfast was alright nothing special. Please do not take the words in the reception on any recommendation for any other businesses such as restaurants they send us to a restaurant where we got dropped off.

SPA: Yaklaşık 6 aydır düzenli spa bölümüne ailemle gidiyorum. Bankodaki güler yüzlü arkadaşlar sürekli memnuniyetimizi gözetiyorlar kendimizi yabancı hissetmeden dilediğimizce keyfini çıkarıyoruz. Konum olarak merkezi tam karşısında otopark imkanı var duşlarda şampuan vs sıkıntısı hiç yok.hafta içi daha nezih ve sakin biz çok memnun kalıyoruz fiyat performans olarak bence son derece iyi. Tütsü oda kokuları ile ortamın nem kokusunu değiştiriyorlar ne zaman istesek havlu vs yedek temin edip değiştirebiliyoruz. Hamamda kese köpük olayı güzel hamam max 2 kişilik önüne gelenle karışık alınmıyorsun çok fazla spa merkezi otel spası vs gittim gerçekten ilgili personel sürekli içecek ikram ediyorlar vs daha ne diyebilirim mutlaka deneyimleyin

The rooms and hotel is clean and nice in appearance. Check-in and our staff were okay. There was no advice on where the room was or room number, just handed a key and pointed at lifts. At the lifts there were no signs to tell you what floor your room would be. To no honest though, the main reason for my low 3 out of 5 review is the food and waiter service. When arriving for dinner at 7 we were literally pointed into the restaurant where tables were half layers or set with pre poured water (unsure how long water had been there). We found a table without water as presumed in use. Anyhow, then 20 minutes later after a few other confused guests came in and wondered around like we did a waiter came over. I asked if there was a menu and he said no. I asked what are we having and he said soup. I asked what soup and he said corn soup. I was a-bit confused and waited. Anyhow he then brought out some awful watery/creamy soup, I tried this and left it. He then brought a side salad, which was nice fresh salad. And the some chicken, potato and rice. The chicken was so dry and tasteless we left it all and just ate the rice. I was shocked that we were not given any options, or offered drinks and not even asked if we were vegetarian or had any allergies. Anyhow. Just sleep here and leave!! Oh also, so you know if you want to use the pool it’s an additional €5 per person for a mandatory swimming cap. I hope this review is helpful

تعرضنا انا وعائلتي للسرقة في الفندق وايضا عند تغليف الحقائب قبل السفر وعندما اتصلنا بالفندق تكلمت معنا FILIZ ONAR ٠٠٩٠٥٣٠٩٥٧٥٤٦٩ وتحدثت ببرود وكان شيا لم يكن ، لم تكن رحلة بل نقمة ، الكثير من السائحين اشتكوا بعضهم كالسرقات والغش والقذارة وانعدام النضافة بالعكس من الفندق المجاور ELTIWARLD كان الجميع سعيد وأمين ومرتاحين من كل جميع النواحي ، احذر من الذهاب إلى WYNDHAM وغير طريق مسارك الى ELTIWARLD والله يكفينا ويكفيكم شر تعامل الناس القذرة

We stayed in this hotel for a week. It was our worst experience in Istanbul. The room was very dirty. The floor of the room was full of garbage and it was dirty. We asked the reservation to clean the room better but it was not done. During our stay, they did not let us use the pool even once. They made excuses every day. Breakfast was very simple and lacked variety. They didn't even have fried eggs and omelettes. The staff did not pay attention to our requests at all. Another thing that was very bad was that they behaved much better with their own countrymen. They brought a special breakfast for them. Special tea and glass of water. Choosing this hotel was our biggest mistake in the trip.

Nice staff: they are always prompt to help Good location: the hotel is very close to Taksim square and allows you to walk the city and enjoy its architecture, art and wonderful heritage. Rooftop: great view while having breakfast

Bu yorumum tamamen otelden bağımsız spa bölümü ile alakalıdır. Öncelikle şunu söylemek istiyorum, hicbir zaman masaj ve hamam için ucuza kaçmayın. Biz bir seferlik kaçalım dedik rezil olduk. 10 metrekarelik oda yapmışlar adına hamam demişler. Ayni anda sadece iki kisi yikanabildigi için sıra bekliyorsunuz. Hamam leş gibi kokuyor. İçerisi buz gibi. Hayatımda soğuk hamam ilk kez gördüm. Pestemallerin rengi artık korkunc hale gelmis eskilikten. Havlu ve pestemaller de felaket kokuyordu. Yıkama fena değildi 10 dakika sürdü kese köpük. Kadınlar turkce bilmedigi icin hicbir sey anlamadilar taleplerimizden. Soyunma odası yok, tuvalette soyunuyorsunuz ve devamli çalışanlar girip çıkıp malzeme yıkıyor. 5 metrekarelik alanda hem dus, hem tuvalet, hem soyunma var anlayacaginiz. Masaja gelirsek 50 dk dediler 35 dakika sürdü. Seçeneklerde isvec, relax, aromaterapi olmasina rağmen sadece klasik masaj yapiyorlar. Masaj yaptirirken yatırdıklari masaj sedyesine bir havlu yaymislar hem sirilsiklam hem de felaket kokuyordu. Diyeceksiniz ki neden bunlara tahammul ettiniz.. Ben de bilmiyorum.. Neyse iyi fena masaj yapildi. Sonra çıkıp duşta kendimi kirkladim o kadar midem bulandi ki. Sacimi kurutmak istedim, giren çıkandan ne mümkün, hos giren çıkan olmasa da, dua etsem o kurutma makinesinden daha çabuk kururdu saçım.. Kil maskesi fena değildi. Havuz zerre kadar klor kokmadigi için asla girmedik, çok şükür o kadar da delirmemisiz. Yani buraya 350₺ verene kadar 600-800₺ arasında muhteşem yerlsr var. Wyndham diye güvendik, demek ki wyndham grand hariç baska wyndham düşünülmesi hataymış. Umarım bir hastalık kapmamısızdır diye düşünürken, bir de ateşli hasta oldum. Soğuk hamamda yıkanıp islak islak durursak e bir de islak havluya yatirilip 35 dk masaj olursak olacağı buydu. Biz üç kişiydik, bize geçmiş olsun.. Ama sizin başınıza gelmesin.

Bugün spa alanını kullanmak için gittik çok memnun kaldım gerek temizliği olsun gerek personelin ilgisi alakası olsun herşey çok güzeldi özellikle mustafa beye ilgisinden dolayı teşekkür ediyorum yakınlarıma önericem ve tekrar gelicem

Roaches in the room and mildew in the room and bathroom. Bathroom water clogged and reported and still was not fixed. They sprayed the room which I have allergy. This was first time and last time I would use this hotel.
