The manager was very accommodating to my special requests even though it is unusual (a room which doesn’t face the sun), and they found a room which is perfect for me

Хороший отель с чистым и просторным номером. Напротив мечеть, поэтому будьте готовы к утренним песнопениям. Отель всем понравился.

Hotelnya sangat bersih dan juga lokasinya strategis, sarapan lengkap dan menunya enak, staffnya juga helpfull, lift kadang bermasalah jadi minta kamar dilantai 1 atau 2

The hotel is located in a quiet residential districts. the room is tidy and spacious. Staffs are very helpful and hospitable. We enjoy the breakfast, where including various choices of food, with relaxing morning view. Near the Galata tower, plenty of restaurants reside. With only few minutes walk, one can enjoy a leisurely afternoon.

Fuir Pas propre, personnel peu serviable et peu compétent

Yorum Merhaba 18-20 mayıs tarihinde otelinizde konakladık 2 kişi. Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlüydü, oda çok genişti kahvaltı çok güzeldi. Ama temizlik için aynı şeyi söyleyemeyeceğim. Kapımıza temizlensin yazısı asmıştık, çarşaflar hiç değiştirilmemişti sadece düzeltilmişti. Temizlik yapan arkadaşlar bizim odadaki balkon kapısını açmışlar orasında yangın merdivenine bakıyor. Çok güvensiz bir durum bizim odada özel eşyalarımız vardı çalınabilirdi o açık kapı yüzünden.

Needs updating The hotel has many little issues, the overall finish of the build is cheap and unsightly. The bathroom i had was so small you could just about get inside and the shower never worked properly. The overall maintenance was very poor. However the breakfast was very good and service was also impeccable.

Top Service und nette Personal. Sauberkeit ist auch gut. Allerdings die Ausstattung etw veraltet für den Preis ist in Ordnung.

Galata Kulesinin alt sokağında lokasyon olarak heryere yakın diyebilirim, temizlik, kahvaltı ve genel olarak güzeldi rahat ve huzurlu bir otel deneyimi yaşadım.

Terrible hotel with terrible service. I was travelling for work and the responsible of the hotel refuse to give me the receipt. Which was a big problem for my company. Plus the room had a bad smell and there were stain on the bed and on the carpet. I deeply recommend you to avoid this experience and choose another place to stay
