I had a disappointing experience during my recent stay at this hotel. Firstly, the lady at the reception Deniz was incredibly rude. Her lack of manners and disrespectful behavior towards clients was truly appalling. When I tried to extend my stay and handed her my credit card, she threw it back at me without any regard for common courtesy. Moreover, the elevator was small, barely accommodating two people comfortably. It felt cramped and claustrophobic every time I had to use it. The breakfast served at the hotel was a major letdown as well. Not only was it uninspired, but it was also the same repetitive selection every single day. There was no variety or effort put into providing a satisfying experience for guests. The bathroom in my room was not adequately equipped for personal toiletries. There was limited space and amenities provided, making it inconvenient to organize and access my essentials. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. It seemed like it hadn't been properly cleaned or vacuumed daily, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. However, I must mention that Samet, the guy at the reception was a saving grace during my stay. He was incredibly helpful and kind, offering assistance whenever needed. Despite his efforts, I cannot overlook the numerous shortcomings of this hotel. Overall, I would not recommend staying here due to the lack of basic amenities, poor service, and overall unpleasant experience.
