老闆人不錯，挺和氣，對中國人蠻友好的，房間乾淨而明亮，性價比很高，房間有陽台，風景很美，住在街道里麪的巷子很安靜，還比較浪漫有情調，下次如果還來，我還會選他家

Nice location in few minutes walk from Taksim square. Room was too small for 2 persons. Вust and other people's hair on the floor. Free instant coffe and tea at reception desk 24/7 Nothing to say more Didn't take any pictures of hotel

非常差的酒店，強烈不建議入住，商家沒有職業道德，我們預訂的豪華間，卻以房滿為藉口，不安排相應房間，交涉3次，無果，我們勉強入住，回國已向攜程投訴，強烈建議攜程不與這樣的商家合作。我們入住期間，無人打掃房間，淋浴噴頭沒有1米高，根本沒法站立洗澡。真實評價，希望大家不要再踩坑。

Very bad experience. Water There was no water drainage, the bathroom door did not close, there was electricity in the bathroom.

Avoid if you can. They gave us a room without windows in the basement. They had two connecting rooms. We only used one.

Lage ist gut (5 min fußläufig zum Taksimplatz). Betten sind bequem. Nicht so dolle: Oberflächen im Zimmer nicht sauber, im Kühlschrank waren noch Sachen vom Vorbewohner. Zigarettengeruch aus dem Eingangsbereich zieht ins Zimmer. Sehr sehr hellhörig, man hört alles und jeden. Das Badezimmer ist arg abgewohnt. Bewertung bezieht sich auf das "Deluxe" Familienzimmer.

All Staff members speak only Turkish, one speaks Arabic. Very difficult to communicate with. Many rooms are underground where you dont have mobile network and no sun enters. You are not allowed to have visitors in your room, and by visitors i mean one friend who was in need to wait one hour in my room for his date nearby.

The service was amazing , it’s a perfect location if you want to go out and you just need a small place to sleep in after a long day out, it’s close to the metro also 3 min away from taksim square and İstiklal Blvd.

One of the best 3* hotels. The service I received was 5*. Stayed here for 2 weeks and the service never faulered. The staff were friendly, always smiling and ever ready to help. Idea location in Taksim, a 2 minute walk to the bus station and the metro rail station. Close to all the attractions that Istanbul has to offer. Definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely be a repeat customer. A big thank you to the staff for treating this foreign visitor with such kindness, you are a credit to the hotel and your beautiful city.
