酒店停車埸免費，大量車位，房間也很大，有雪柜，毛巾，風筒，洗頭水，冲凉液和樽裝水供應。但水温不太熱，水流速度也很慢。

The house edge on the slots must be astronomical, lost $300 in an hour, one machine I literally lost 30 spins in a row. Couldn’t find anywhere the house edge is stated which is odd for a ******. If you want to lose money fast your in for a treat! My girlfriend also lost $100 at the same time. Awful experience, been to a few other casinos and actually had some winnings. Seems since Jake 58 has no competition they don’t care if their customers have a good time or win anything.

The guy Sean at the front office went above and beyond in helping me get situated. I usually wouldn’t bother to write a review, but Sean’s customer service etiquette was top notch. I’m a businessman, so I respect people who are good for business, but more importantly, I respect individuals who care about others. Thanks for all the help and patience Sean. I will be back!!!!

OMG do not book here. The WORST customer service I’ve ever received. I called to book getting ready there before my wedding and the women was so rude. Mind you we were placed on hold before that for a “quick hold” … 45 minutes. Called back and the lady picked up and said how could I assist you today (with an attitude.) We simply asked how much it would be to get ready there and she responded with such an attitude. Saying “we don’t do day rates sir.” And then hung up on us. So I called back asking if there was someone else we could speak to then about pricing and she told me that she’s busy checking people in and doesn’t have time to help me. I asked for her name and she hung up on me. How does someone with an attitude like that work for a job like that. Your job is customer service, which means you deal with CUSTOMERS. Mind is blown.

I go here probably couple of times a month. I am reading these reviews and disagree with the staff. I have nothing but good experience with security, bartenders, waiters, desk people. I have won many times. I think the comps could be better. Like maybe different color player cards for people ti get free drinks served while ********. Parking is sometimes an issue but when that happens I just hand my keys to valet and let them deal with it I don't really take advantage of the comped hotel rooms, because 1) they are pretty basic, whish they had microwave fridge and.especially coffee maker. Also I am distrusting by nature and floors can be filled with seedy characters at times. Overall I love Jakes

I planned a retirement party for my partner of more than 20 yrs at Jake’s 58. It was an absolutely amazing event. The staff provided exceptional service! Jeannie, Ashley, Chris, Israel and Ursula you are a top notch group! Several guest stayed at the hotel as well. Many enjoyed the slots as well. A true gem here on Long Island. Would definitely recommend having an event here. The venue will not disappoint!!

After a long and hectic day trying to find a place to stay, not to their faults, we were talking to the woman checking us in and explaining our story. She was so sympathetic and did everything in her power to turn our night around so we could have a nice couples get away. Her name was Abby and she upgraded us free of charge to a beautiful room which was exactly what my husband and I needed. Thanks to her and her wonderful generosity we had an amazing time and will definitely be back! Thank you for making our night a memorable one!

This was my first time at Jake's 58. Usually we head to Atlantic City to Empire City, however we opted for a change. The reason i felt like i needed to write this review is because, my stay did not start our well. We encountered some issues, but the extent to which the front desk staff ( Angela) in particular and also the food and beverage manager, really stood out. 'Mistakes happen, but how we recover, says alot about us'. Therefore for customer service i give them 5 stars and we will definitely be back! Well done!

I honestly had no idea what to expect when booking 4 rooms for a family wedding on LI. So incredibly pleased and surprised! A ton to do in the ****** and surrounding area! Best I’d all the customer service at the front desk was fabulous! Lyn and Talia went so far and above to accommodate our large group quickly and with the nicest personalities ever! (Not something you typically find anywhere in 2023!)
