Great location but need better customer services
I highly appreciate the hotel’s flexibility in accommodating my schedule change with reasonable charge for partial cancellation.
While I like the size of the hotel (not huge like Marriott and Serena) and the warm welcome by most of staff, it would have been greater if the hotel does more staff training to share the same information to guests. I needed to double check and ask several times on the same issues with different personnel, which was exhausting during the intense business trip. The list of making a room would be more helpful to avoid missed items, too, which often happened. These could have been easily avoided if the manager ensure the consistent messages among different staff, especially at the reception, which was the face of the hotel.
The fourth floor is not recommended at all in terms of the quality of the room.
Other than that, I like the location of the hotel.
