I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The staff was very welcoming and attentive, and the check-in process was smooth. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast at the on-site restaurant was delicious, and the lounge area was perfect for relaxation. The location was also convenient, close to local attractions. Overall, my stay was very enjoyable, and I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Great staff and customer service. Would've been nice if they had netflix on the TV. Everything else was great.

Staying at crown plaza was a great experience, the rooms , staff maintenance, room service , the food was amazing , , hotel itself lies in the heart ( centre ) of Islamabad which was the main charm . Great hospitality, warm customer dealing . Keep up the good work . We enjoyed our stay at crown plaza Islamabad.

The hotel is in a good location but staff lack honesty and integrity. The night we arrived they gave us a price for half day before our flights then they charged us for full day, the manager said I decide what prices you have to pay to an employer. When we checked out the receptionist said we have to pay again and insisted we didn’t pay for the half day, luckily we had the receipt for the day. In general, the hotel good but there’s no honesty and they don’t waste a chance to use.

Best hotel in Islamabad, no doubt staff are very professional, very nice ambiance, very reasonable rates. 100% recommended to stay in crown plaza hotel. Nice view and food is also delicious. Neat and clean rooms.

Great location really pleasant and clean environment /most friendly and help full receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great 1st impression of hotel, everything about hotel was exceptional.it was clean and stylish .

After trekking my way up the Baltoro glacier to Concordia and back for 12 days, I decided to spend 2 days relaxing in Islamabad at the Crown Plaza Hotel. An excellent place to unwind. Great value but more important, the room was clean, bed comfortable, food tremendous (breakfast buffet included and was excellent), and the staff incredibly friendly and attentive to my needs. It was simply an outstanding stay and perfect way to spend my last few days with my first visit to Pakistan. Highly recommend if staying in Islamabad.
