Zoetry Villa Rolandi Isla Mujeres Cancun

This was an absolutely beautiful hotel. From the boat ride to and from the island to the friendly staff we could not be more pleased. The room and hotel are immaculate. They are always cleaning. Sunset boat ride is beautiful and not to be missed. The food is delicious. We had excellent meals breakfast lunch and dinner. Sunset is great to watch from the pool. We can not wait to return.

I did many swim by’s last week. Shell of structure is there but all interiors have been gutted. No construction workers or activity was seen the week I swam by daily. Hopefully this lovely facility will reopen. There is a lot of new builds on the peninsula.

Great service and food This small hotel has top notch service. There is private small craft ferrying from Cancun directly to the property. The rooms are a little bit outdated, but the resort will undergo major renovations soon. Service is what makes the difference here. This is a high end all inclusive resort that serves a la carte and no Buffett ( 2 restaurants with top notch chefs) . Check in was seamless. Alfredo the waiter at the Restaurant Rolandi’s made our stay very pleasant. Leo, the great organizer at the pool was very nice. If you want to stay away from the crowds, the drinking games at the pool, the loud music calling for water aerobics, lines at the bufette; but instead you want to enjoy a private experience, this is your resort.

This is our third trip to Zoetry Casa del Mar and the beautiful environment of the resort coupled with the staff did not disappoint! We had a wonderful stay enjoying the beautiful beaches, the gorgeous landscaping, the amazing views in every direction!! A special thank you to Suar, whom we've known for the past 3 years, making wonderful drinks, preparing the Bali beds, being so attentive and really making us feel like valued guests! An extra special thank you for the hand made earrings from his wife! The staff at Salt water was incredible: Zaccarias, Cesar, Alessandra, Fidel; Juan at Maguey bar, Alexis at Arroyo. There were so many others that made the trip special! One comment I have to make however, is that we have noticed over the past 3 years since Hyatt took over the resort chains there have been some negative changes. For example, the past two years, our room was staffed with small bottles of belvedere vodka and when we inquired this year, we were offered only Stoli. There was also an attempt made at charging us for our own bottle of wine at dinner one night. The manager eventually waived the charge but that seems quite silly given we're at an all-inclusive resort. Last year, the cheese and wine night was complimentary to UVC members but this year there was a charge. Albeit, these are small inconveniences and certainly did not ruin the vacation, I do feel they should be noted by the management as they certainly make return guests and UVC members less valued. I hope these comments will allow management to reconsider some of these minor costs to allow guests to feel appreciated and want to make a return visit. Nonetheless, it was a wonderful trip and we look forward to another visit next year!

We loved our stay at Villa Rolandi. Very attentive staff, two great restaurants, lovely amenities. They are about to undergo remodeling so there were construction noises during the day. That was the only downside, and it was slight. We would come back!
