El servicio fue deficiente, o quizá me tocaron tres días de luna llena, el día uno fue normal, nada fuera de lo normal los dos siguientes días el servicio fue malo, poca atención y nunca contestan el teléfono y el hotel se encuentra demasiado retirado, no volvería.

distancia, precio ,servicio hay mil opciones mejores en quintana roo, no cumplio las expectativas basicas, creo que hay muchisimas opciones mejores, probablemente lo que mas me convencio fue la comida.

This all-inclusive luxury resort is not yet open, however I had the privilege of touring the Paradisus Playa Mujeres in Oct., 2021. It is spectacular! This brand new Melia resort is located in the ecologically pristine Playa Mujeres area just north of Cancun, and it's just 35 minutes from Cancun Intl Airport. Adventure seekers will love the exclusive marina and all the exciting outdoor activities, however if relaxation is more your style, Melia's YHI Spa, three swimming pools and a gorgeous beach offer all you could ever wish for. They'll also have 12 restaurants, 10 bars, day & evening activities and live entertainment and, if that's not enough to keep you at the resort, just a quick 10 min drive will take you to the center of Cancun. There are two wings at this resort: one for families and one for couples, as well as indoor & outdoor space for any type of event. I, for one, can't wait to return in a few months when Melia's Paradisus Playa Mujeres will be fully open and welcoming their first lucky guests!

The hotel is approximately 27km away from Cancun International Airport. Cancun International Airport is approximately 27km away by road. With multiple attractions nearby including Sailboat Cancun, Jolly Roger Pirate Show and Contoy Adventures, guests will find plenty to keep themselves occupied.
When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities.
