Riu Dunamar - All Inclusive

Great hotel perfect location on the beach stunning pool area wide range of activities all inclusive was amazing great value for money

El año pasado estuvimos y fue tan buena la experiencia que volvimos. Pero segundas veces no son buenas y es así.. Lo bueno....1) el grupo de entretenimiento, en especial Jorge, 2) del bar de la pileta Angel y 3) del restaurante Isla Mujeres Ana (de Acapulco). También destacar el servicio de limpieza de la habitación que es excelente. Lo malo 1) el ascensor no siempre funciona, 2) No nos ofrecieron algo caliente (cafe o te), ni siquiera estaban las tasas en la mesa, cuando habitualmente es algo que en la mayoría de los Riu que visitamos era normal. Esto fue durante toda la estadia menos el primer dia. 3) No hay más fiestas de espuma o la de la playa, nos llevaron a un predio hermoso con otras personas de los Riu, pero no es lo mismo sin los chicos de entretenimiento y también se perdió el ambiente familiar. Más de una hora antes que terminara la fiesta muchas personas mayores ya estábamos esperando el micro de regreso 4) la comida del italiano un desastre 5) la atención de los meseros que nos atendieron, con excepción de Ana, no es los amable y proactiva que solia ser. Siempre recomendamos la cadena pero no lo haremos con el Dunamar..

El hotel esta muy bien, los restaurantes muy buenos sin ser excentes, eso si la playa es hermosa sin sargazo, la vista tambien es excente tienes a isla mujes a la vista todo el tiempo, pero si no rentas carro estaras atrapado en el hotel ya que esta muy lejos de la zona turisca.

Mi estadía fue excelente, la chica que realizó la limpieza de la habitación excelente trabajo súper atenta y muy muy limpia y detallista, la atención en general del hotel muy bien regreso pronto

Excelente todo en especial el trato de wili Ángel Eduardo gustavo y Oscar cachetes de pool bar mezcal como así también el trato de cocineros meseros mucsmas y para destacar las instalaciones del Riu dunamar y la belleza de su playa 100% recomendable tanto para venir con amigos o familia

Un Hotel 10 puntos sin duda, estuve en varios Riu y realmente mantienen la calidad y sus puntos fuertes que son la atención al pasajero, la comida, y la animación. Limpieza muy bien, aparte pegado a la playa, ubicación inmejorable. Algún detalle a mejorar, cambiar los murales feos que hay en los pisos superiores que no condicen con la categoría del hotel.

Willy, Luis and Angel were amazing throughout the entire trip. We had so much fun with them and they helped us have lots of fun whether it was by the pool or by the beach. The white party we went to was so much fun, my group enjoyed themselves a lot ! The buffet food was good, the staff were very wholesome and very welcoming, that was our go to spot for food throughout our entire time here. The restaurants they have were mediocre and disappointing to say the least. The servers were not as welcoming and friendly as our friends over by the buffet. My girlfriend was feeling under the weather on our last day and we had to wait around 50 mins to be served our food which was burnt to a crisp. We just got up and went back to the buffet lol. Other than that all of the vendors at the resort were very respectful and didn’t put any pressure on us to give us their business, and understood when we said no. We stayed for 5 days and we had lots of fun! Just wish we could enjoy the food as that is a pretty important part of any trip, but hey you can’t have it all !

This is easily one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Never had an issue with any meal and a good variety of food every day. I would say the best food is in the main buffet. We pretty much had the same server every day called Maria and she was brilliant! Entertainment team are great and always try get you involved. Willy and Angel at the bar are amazing, always remembered our names and our orders. Rooms are very big and spacious, cleaned every day and a very good standard of clean. Only negative about this hotel is it is so far out, it’s the last hotel on the road, but there is enough to do in the hotel. We used Ubers to get around which were cheap enough. It’s so nice to see wildlife walking about and not being bothered! Stunning sandy private beach. Never had sunbed wars, there was 8 of us in total and we could always get beds together, no matter the time of day! I would come back!

Excelente atención. Comida rica, instalaciones cómodas y modernas. Las fiestas espectaculares, excelente lugar para disfrutar en familia... El entretenimiento que ofrece el hotel es de primera. Lo único importante a considerar es que la locación del hotel es bastante retirada de la ciudad.
