cuando llegamos al hotel la habitación estaba sucia, el baño tenia filtraciones que tuvieron que arreglar, las paredes de la habitación tenía manchas de manos sucias, no tenia ducha era solo un tubo. El hotel es muy básico en sus instalaciones para lo que cobran, el personal no está capacitado para atender a huéspedes. En primer día la tarde cuando veíamos el atardecer, llegó un yate que tapó todo el paisaje ( se quedó ahí hasta el día siguiente). Mas que el paisaje, que ya no podíamos ver, no había nada mas para distraerse. La señal de internet y el wifi son pésimas, algo que no sucede en el hotel que está al costado. El acceso al mar es pequeñísimo, el hotel de al lado si cuenta con orillas para bañarse. La comida es muy cara, la calidad no corresponde al precio. Las bebidas están al triple. El personal no está capacitado para atender huéspedes, algunos con actitudes poco amables, otros tratan de hacerlo mejor, pero no logran tener la atención que se necesita en un hotel. La estadía fue tan desastrosa para nosotros que decidimos irnos una día antes, le explicamos a la encargada que cuando llegamos, el transporte nos indicó que podía recogernos temprano en la mañana. Finalmente nos cobraron la estadía completa (hasta los días que no estuvimos), la encargada nos indicó que se olvido de decirnos que podíamos gestionar el pago de solo los días que nos alojamos. Nos envió en una lancha que no era la misma que llegamos, era una mas barata, que no tenia asientos con espaldar, iba a gran velocidad por lo que “saltaba” en el mar y hacia doler la espalda. Cuando llegamos a Cartagena nos dejaron en la zona pesquera en donde un taxista nos salvó de ser asaltados, era una zona muy peligrosa. ¡¡Un desastre!!

We stayed 3 nights and were lucky to have sunny weather and calm sea. The pier of the hotel is the access to a beautiful bay where you can swim quite a bit. Boats come for lunch and cocktails from late morning and stay until about 4pm and most of these rich people leave the music from their boat at full volume for their whole stay, so the guests of the hotel not only don't have the boats blocking their view and access to the sea, but they also can't relax / nap / read or whatever because they are basically in a disco bar for those 4-5 hours. The staff wasn't helpful and probably can't be with this kind of arrogant rich people, who anyway spend more money in those 3 hours than all the guests of the hotel together... Anyway, I guess this issue is found in other resorts around the islands, and knowing this you can just go to bed early (anyway the bar and restaurant close at 8 pm), wake up at 6:30 and enjoy the most beautiful hours of the day all by yourself. In the early morning you will see an incredible variety of fish swimming around the pier. And you will also be able to enjoy 2 hours of peace after the boats leave, until sunset. The sun sets right in front of the pier and the show is magnificent. The food was ok and the staff was generally nice. It's a good place if you want to enjoy the sea, relax, read, snorkel. Not recommended if you want to party or you don't wake up early. The rooms are simple but big and clean. There is a mosquito net for the bed, however we didn't see many mosquitos in the room and on the pier. They are mostly in the inner part of the island if you walk a bit around (not much to see though and hard to understand where private properties have their borders).

Nos hospedamos con mi familia y tuvimos un problema grave con la persona que da los tours, fuimos con el señor Jhon al tour de fitoplancton, y al quitarnos el chaleco nos toco los senos intencionalmente a mi hermana y a mi, pongo esto publico para que esta situación no se vuelva a presentar y las niñas tengan mucho cuidado. Espero que tomen las represalias pertinentes que esto amerita. La comida es buena pero si te vas a hospedar no vas a tener privacidad porque al día llegan más de 10 lanchas y yates con personas que almuerzan allí.
