"It's very old, and it feels like a B&B. I only saw two buildings of MS Hotel in Futamiura. The others are similar to this three-story Japanese-style old house B&B. There is no shower in the room. You have to go to the public room on the first floor. The bathhouse (is small, but very clean, almost no one there), the Japanese old man who owns it is very nice, and the dinner and breakfast are very good. I just wanted to add some Matsusaka beef, but he said it was not available😓. I feel that the price is a bit expensive during the cherry blossom season, because I booked it on the morning of my check-in, so there may be less choices. Only this hotel has available rooms."

"The hospitality was fantastic! We requested a shuttle bus, and the driver gave us recommendations on the best ways to visit the shrine and the best shops. He even lent us a machine to dry our wet shoes when we returned from the rain. Everyone was so kind. The distance to the Naiku Shrine was also perfect, allowing us to visit early in the morning. We made use of the open-air bath in our room, the large public bath, and the private open-air bath, and the hot water left our skin feeling silky smooth! Bathing in the hot springs while enjoying forest bathing was incredibly relaxing. Thank you for your excellent service. I would definitely like to use your services again."

"Spacious, clean, comfortable, with a station 3 min walk from it. Only the checkin process was a bit annoying: you have to call someone from an ipad and do facial recognition for all the guests."

"All the staff were very polite and we had a great time. The food was also carefully prepared and delicious. Thank you. I wish they'd provide more hairbrushes as amenities. The exterior walkways were slippery, so I'd like them to improve that. Everyone slipped and almost fell."
