Hotel Seespitz

We stayed at Hotel Seespitz for New Year’s, and it was a truly delightful experience. The hotel is exceptionally well-maintained and impeccably organized. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, while the spa area is both beautiful and fully equipped, offering the perfect place to unwind. We opted for the half-board option, and every evening we were treated to an extensive menu with a fantastic variety of dishes. The food was good, and the wine selection was impressive. The hotel’s location is excellent—just a short distance from the chairlift, which made a big difference for our skiing experience. We highly recommend Hotel Seespitz for anyone planning a trip to Ischgl. We certainly hope to return!

I recently stayed at the Hotel Seespitz, in Ischgl, Austria. Along with several friends, we booked 4 rooms for seven nights. It was a wonderful visit for a variety of reasons, The staff was friendly and helpful. Not speaking German, I appreciated the desk staff’s speaking English. Our room was a good size, with plenty of storage, and with a balcony overlooking a lively street. The rooms were cleaned thoroughly every day. The food. Oh, the food! We had gourmet, multi course meals every morning and evening. The menus were creative and varied, with delicious options served beautifully. Every meal was a relaxed, two hour event. Lastly, the location was perfect, a short walk to the gondola. We really enjoyed our time at Hotel Seespitz. I would highly recommend it if you are visiting Ischgl.

Het hotel is prachtig, pal in het centrum van het dorp en naast de piste. Ski je niet naar beneden dan is ook de gondelbaan niet ver weg. De kamers zijn prachtig en groot, het personeel is supervriendelijk en het eten is zalig. Kortom alles wat je van een 4sterren hotel verwacht. Toch hebben wij voor volgend jaar een ander hotel geboekt. Onze kamer keek uit op de Trofana Alm en de Champagnehütte en daar hadden wede hele nacht zo veel lawaai van dat we de vensters moesten sluiten. Aangezien er vloerverwarming in het hotel ligt, zijn de kamers heel warm zowel overdag als ‘‘s nachts en zonder de mogelijkheid om te verluchten hebben wij bijna niet geslapen. Daarom kiezen wij voor volgend jaar een hotel in een rustigere buurt van Ischgl.

We have had the fortunate opportunity to stay in wonderful hotels all around the world. This is now one of our Top 3. We skied in Ischgl for 10 days in January 2024, staying at Seespitz and have already started looking for dates when we can return in 2025. We will of course return to the Seespitz. The location is absolutely unbeatable. Ischgl has many hotels but I don't think there is another which is literally surrounded by ski runs on 3 sides. It's absolutely ski-in. It's an exceptionally comfortable hotel with an absolutely brilliant restaurant. The food is superb, the staff were phenomenal and nothing was a problem. A recent renovation has made everything feel very polished and being able to click out of your skis and be in the boot room within 30 seconds makes the end of day last run that much easier. Ischgl has a reputation as a party town, however, our room was utterly silent. I was a little concerned we might be kept awake as the clubs emptied out each night but that was not the case. People in Austria seem vastly better behaved at 2 AM than in Australia.... Naturally that means getting on-snow first thing in the morning when the runs are relatively empty is the logical thing to do. The gondola to Idalp is only a 1 minute walk from the Seespitz so that's a very easy start to the day. We were lucky to have great snow and superb skiing - so the Sauna at the end of each day became a very welcome and non-negotiable activity. In addition, I honestly think it's a bargain. Maybe we are used to Australia ski hotel prices being so high because of such a short season here, but on relative terms, Seepsitz seemed incredibly good value. There are many other hotels in Ischgl. When we return we'll only consider this one. 5 Stars from us.

Amazing 🤩😍 ! Le client qui trouvera un point faible est un client vraiment difficile ! L’accueil, la chambre, la localisation dans le village, le bar, la restauration, le sauna, la salle de gym : aucune note négative, vraiment, aucune. La réception est très réactive avant votre arrivée, et à votre service durant le séjour. L’endroit est idyllique, avec une piste de ski à côté de l’hôtel. La restauration est excellente. Le menu du soir est qualitatif. Je ne parle pas du petit déjeuner qui est remarquable, lui aussi, avec des produits de qualité. Le bar est magnifique, le barman est très agréable, à votre service ! J’ai adoré et apprécié la petite charcuterie servi avec l’apéritif. La salle de sport est fonctionnelle, et bien équipée. Le spa est lui aussi, parfait ! Il est magnifique. Les espaces communs sont très propres, et en plus de ça, l’odeur est très agréable. La chambre est très bien isolée, spacieuse, avec beaucoup de rangement. J’ai pour habitude de mettre des photos avec mes avis, mais la, je ne le ferai pas. Cet hôtel est à découvrir ! Merci à toute l’équipe, mon séjour est parfait ! Un grand merci, surtout, à la restauration. Votre service était professionnel , discret ; vous aviez l’œil sur tout ! Vous êtes au top !
