"I recently stayed at the former Ramada in Cedar City, now the Cairn Hotel. The location is excellent—only about 5 minutes from the airport, which makes it very convenient for travelers. The hotel appears to have been newly renovated, and the updated rooms are nice. However, there were several issues that made the stay less enjoyable. The phone in my room did not work, and the TV was not functioning properly. I also requested additional shampoo and soap, but never received a response. Unfortunately, I ended up having to purchase my own soap. Overall, the location is great and the renovations have potential, but the lack of response to basic guest requests and the problems with the room amenities were disappointing. Hopefully, as the hotel settles in under its new name, the staff will improve communication and make sure the room amenities are working properly."

"While I was checking in to the hotel, some lady walked into the office and was complaining about bedbugs in her room, which made me uneasy. I got into my room and there was cockroaches everywhere lots of mosquitoes and big spiders in the bathtub. The room smelled like mold, and I would never want anybody to stay there on the staircases. There was lots of rust falling off from there. It’s probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at."

Whether you go to any of these two places, this is a good choice! There is a clean and tidy Chinese restaurant in the town, the dishes and fried rice are very good! This accommodation is convenient for parking and the location is very eye-catching. As soon as I enter the door, I am fascinated by the decoration of the house. The room is large enough, the bedding is soft and clean, and the breakfast is delicious. ～ I am lucky to meet such a house. The experience of staying here for one night is unforgettable ～"

"Was not able to even stay at this property, this man was unwilling to split payments for my deposit and since I had just wasted money at another hotel that told me I didn’t have a reservation and told me to contact support so I had money wrapped up there and was having a hard time getting the full deposit amount in one place, so I ended up spending nearly $200 on motel rooms that I didn’t stay in and also have not been able to get my money back."
