Unreal! This place is a dream come true! I hosted a group of ladies and we all would give Hilltop Lodge a 10 out of 10! The views, the staff, and the location to the park can't be beat! You won't regret booking here! Thank you for everything, I can't wait to come back!

The crew is every time very friendly for the guests. It's very well oranised. The rooms are in separate small houses on a gently slope. Here they provide sleeping ^place for the local driver/guides and the driver/guide sits an the same table as his clients. The lodge is on a small hill. Wifi only in the main place, dining and sitting room and terrace. Nice place to see sunset. It's really a pleasant place to stay, outside the eastern gate in Tunamalenga

Wunderschön gelegenes Resort. Der Mitarbeiter sind alle ausnahmslos sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Essen ist absolut lecker. Wir hatten ein der neuen Häuschen. Sehr schön eingerichtet. Mit großer Terrasse. Außendusche ist auch vorhanden. Auf der Veranda des Haupthauses hat man einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den Nationalpark. Jederzeit wieder

I ll come back a 4 th time. Ruaha NP is near . The vieuw is dreamlike ,the rooms are cozy , the food excellent , the staff accommodating. But what makes the place unparalleled is the kindness and thundering laugh of Aloyce . I ll come back again...

Arrivé de nuit et avons découvert la vue incroyable sur le parc le matin. Chambre spacieuse et salle de bain conviviale. Très bon repas, petit déjeuner copieux avec vue sur la savane spectaculaire. Bon petit déjeuner avec du vrai café que l on peut acheter sur place.

This place is nothing but amazing! The view, the accommodation, the staff! The terrace overlooking endless savanna with a spectacular African sunrise and sunset where you can enjoy your food and drinks. The unique accommodation built in local style is experience for itself. Spacious lodges with all the amenities, mosquito nets and comfy beds. Cleanliness was 10 out of 10. And the staff... One of the most amazing groups of people we have ever met. Heartwarming, hardworking, extremely pleasant people that are there for you day and night. This trip was a birthday present for my significant other, and they have made a birthday surprise party with a cake, bottle of wine and traditional Masai Shuka as a gift for my partner. Manager Donald and chief staff Alois with the rest of the group have made our stay there unforgettable!

Wir waren zu dritt 3 Tage hier. Was wir hier an Herzlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft erlebten, war herausragend. Obwohl wir ein 3-Bett-Zimmer gebucht hatten, wurde uns sofort und ohne Umschweife eine Lösung mit 2 getrennten Zimmern angeboten. Für 3 Erwachsene sehr angenehm. Auch in vielen anderen kleinen Dingen merkte man, dass uns unser Gastgeber versuchte, jeden Wunsch an den Augen abzulesen. Die Lage ist fantastisch. Man überblickt von hoch oben die Ebenen des Ruaha (teilweise, weil er viel zu groß ist). Nach jedem Safaritag wurden wir bei der Rückkehr mit großem Hallo begrüßt. Einfach toll und sehr empfehlenswert. Auch das Essen (Frühstück, Lunchbox, Dinner) war durchaus gut.

The Ruaha Hilltop Lodge is the perfect place for anyone who is looking for exceptional tanzanian hospitality, friendly and caring staff, beautiful accomodation, delicious local food and very knowledgeable safari guides. The kind driver collected us in Iringa and drove us back after our stay, which made our journey to the Ruaha Nationalpark very easy and convenient. We very much enjoyed our stay and the safari in Ruaha Nationalpark and can highly recommend the lodge and it's tours. Ruaha Nationalpark is one of the less visited Nationalparks in Tanzania which allows almost private game drives through the park which really improves the safari experience. Should we return to Iringa one day, we will definitely visit the Ruaha Hilltop Lodge again.
