Annaliza Apartments

non consiglio di prenotare questo appartamento neanche per sbaglio. il degrado è all’ordine del giorno, le camere sembrano stalle,puzzolenti , sporche e completamente disorganizzate. avevamo il fornetto incorporato al microonde. due sedie per quattro persone e una mezza poltroncina. due letti incorporati alla “ cucina” , porta e ante del balcone incastrate tra letti e pareti. asciugamani che venivano cambiati solo dopo il quinto giorno , tra l'altro anche sporchi. il bagno pessimo con una mezza tenda per la doccia tutta ammuffita e viscida. il balcone invaso da mostri di ogni tipo con sfilata di formiche che arrivavano fino alla cucina. PERSONALE USCITO DALLE CAVERNE , PEZZENTI E SCOSTUMATI, una sera il proprietario( sempre in canotta ) è entrato in camera urlando come un tauro e minacciandoci di chiamare la polizia INVADENDO LE AREE PERSONALI DELLA NOSTRA ABITAZIONE; da quel che abbiamo capito le minacce sono all’ordine del giorno. per non parlare della donna delle pulizie che entrava a caso durante la mattina senza chiedere permesso ( faceva finta di cambiare le asciugamani e pulire ).sui cuscini e sulle lenzuola c’erano macchie rosse e marroni. la tv non aveva neanche il telecomando e il condizionatore non si poteva accendere ( la nostra camera era una sauna).e come ringraziamento ci hanno anche rubato le calamite.non ci ritornerei neanche se mi pagassero , stanno meglio gli animali sia per come vengono trattati sia per dove si trovano. l’unica cosa positiva era la posizione. SAREBBE STATO MEGLIO DORMIRE SULLA SPIAGGIA O IN STRADA. NON VEDO L’ORA CHE CHIUDA , DOVETE FALLIRE.

When looking to go away we tend to opt for smaller apartments,more traditional or family run accommodations over the modern hotels or bigger chains, so we always expect abit of "Character" however on this occasion we was left abit underwhelmed. We are happy with Basic But expect Clean. Starting with the good point: - Location is perfectly situated for access to the main strip without being right on top, a short 5min walk if that to start of it. - Staff where all really friendly that we interacted with - some even went out their way to have a conversation with us, very knowledgeable of the area and Island aswell. - Pool area is really nice, pool itself is fresh water and really refreshing, plenty of sunbeds avaliable (negatives come later). - Food we had on site was nice no complaints. - 24 hour reception - come and goes as please don't need worry about getting locked out or anything. Please note that someone isn't always at reception but staff in bar area. - Large balcony with furniture. - Good size rooms - Daily bin change (not on Sunday) - Fresh towels Daily. (Again not on Sundays) - Good Size Fridge in Kitchen, Kettle and small cooker thing (didn't use) Washing liquid and sponge provided. - Shower was good had no issue with water pressure or anything- this is something we have had issues with previously when stayed in Greece, please note advert picture show what appears tobe a bath but it's not a bath more of a very deep shower tray. You could probably use it as small bath for kids - if it had a drain plug. Now onto the not so good points - Our apartment was at the top of the staircase - couldn't be noiser if tried - could hear everyone coming and going and the bar downstairs, We considered asking to move room but stuck with the devil we knew and the fact we had already unpacked and settled in. - Rooms are dated and run down - need some filler and a lick of paint at the very least - and a deep clean. - Shutters broken and warped. - Rooms felt cold and dark, small details where not considered - mirror in bedroom and bathroom were dirty aswell as marks on doors and light switches on arrival and stayed that way whole holiday as no one came and cleaned. - Beds so uncomfortable (for us anyway) - Really firm pillows (great if that's what you like) - Lounge is not a lounge its a second bedroom really, the sofas are just beds with different shape pillows - open to the kitchen,even though has separate door. (We never used this room other than to store our suitcase and dirty washing) - this is not a negative more of an observation. - TV not worth having pointless advertising saying even has TV - 2 channels - one news and one radio. - Faulty plug sockets and lack of them within the apartment. We was lucky that we packed a dual plug to give us more power points. - Rooms where not swept or cleaned over - no broom in room todo yourself. - Bed were not changed during the week or given fresh sheets(blanket). ( this was something we overlooked and didn't

Rudest staff I have ever met Disrespectful Rooms are shocking Single beds no doubles Faulty dangerous plug sockets Bath the size for a 5 year old Smells Food disgusting got food poisoning Old tvs with one channel Old tashioned doors to balcony that bang everytime you open and close Air con not free rip off 7euros a day for old air con units Filthy kitchen area and utensils Mosquito heaven Dumbwaiter lifts in rooms two in each apartment very unsafe and not locked Overall worst hotel I have ever stayed in in my whole life. Do not book. This hotel seriously gives love holidays a bad name

Had a fantastic week here at Annaliza I was in the apartment over the road— Spiros rooms my stay was perfect I was in Corfu to see my old friends from 38 years ago staff the best ever I am a bit biased and had many laughs with staff and others I meet staying their regards Mike (Μιχαήλ) as speak Greek

Pessima esperienza, mai incontrato personale così scontroso e maleducato! Si percepisce questo forte astio verso gli italiani da parte dei dipendenti della struttura. Anche se la posizione è davvero comoda metto comunque una stella perché non se ne merita di più. Asciugamani mai cambiati, anzi siamo stati minacciati che se si fossero sporcati avremmo dovuto pagare 15€ ad asciugamano. Ogni angolo della stanza è letteralmente decadente: armadi senza alcune cerniere, stipiti delle porte marci per via delle tubature rotte, microonde incrostato, letti con doghe non fissate e malconce. L'esperienza vissuta da me e i miei amici è di aver trovato un angolo della porta del bagno da dove perdeva dell'acqua. Abbiamo passato giorni pensando fosse colpa delle nostre docce e quindi pulito ogni volta CON LE NOSTRE COSE (perché la struttura non ti da altro) quando abbiamo capito quale fosse il vero problema (la perdita, quindi NON per colpa nostra) abbiamo deciso di riferirlo, peccato però che il personale in modo molto scontroso e con una maleducazione inaudita ci ha detto di arrangiarci. NON VENITE! IL POSTO SE VA AVANTI COSÌ DEVE CHIUDERE!!!

meglio se non parlo senó mi denunciano. personale molto maleducato. si inventano di tutto pur di guadagnare soldi in piu. al posto degli asciugamani ci viene consigliato di utilizzare i nostri vestiti perchè loro non hanno voglia di lavarli…
