Overall the stay is satisfied! The only down part will be the limited parking space and only outdoor parking available. It’s troublesome especially during rainy days as we had to park far away due to no parking space available.

Near to Bercham, near to Stadium

It's jus the surrounding decorated desk front reception & rooms not as nice as at the other branch ( Kg. kuchai). My room 505, sliding door toilet is stuck, basin hv some hair too...

Nice hotel with spacious rooms. Good location, quiet area. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great value for money!

Clean and nice

Hotel design is good, staff is helpful, but spent many time to find parking. Room is nice but some areas are dusty. Overall good and will come again.

We had a Group coming over to Ipoh for some event. The rooms were relatively clean and functional. The couch was however needs refurbishing.

hotel same as advertised, recommended for all alot parking space

Parking can be difficult at night but they prioritise the parking for hotel guests compared to event guests. The bathroom has transparent glass windows so that may not be suitable unless you're staying alone. I love that the hotel provides extra 1.5L drinking water other than the 2 small bottles.

Conveniently located. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean and comfortable.
