Service was good. Just that there is no covered parking or cover pathway from parking to the hotel lobby.

Room is clean and spacious. Location is slightly away from city

All good. Able to check in early and check out late - depending on situation. Friendly and helpful front desk. Got pool and gym. Got free use of washing machine and dryer inclusing soap. Got free parking.

Great location and close to town center. Swimming pool need to be clean up more frequent or maintenance to ensure clean & clear water. Room was fine, however, housekeeper need to ensure hand soap is always refilled. Overall experience still ok, only minor improvement required. Keep up the good work!

This hotel has sufficient parking for guests. Rooms are clean, and the design is nice. Service is fast, and the bed is comfortable. Will definitely return.

Location is good and strategic. Parking is open space. Friendly staff. Room is pretty clean and it's good for a night sleep. Bathroom sliding door is hard to slide. Got to use some strength to push it. I've got a room which is linked to another room. So we can hear when the other occupants are talking or opening door. So can be a bit noisy but still bearable. Overall a pleasant stay

The hotels location is very convenient, and the staff is super friendly. They also speak good English. The rooms are clean, the amenities are plenty and the view is breathtaking.

My regular to go hotel, in a good neighborhood with yummy food nearby

Toilet bowl is blocked and couldn't flush. Location is near city but a lot traffic light and bump and this will drag your travelling time.

Location depends on individual needs. Room is good, clean. If there is something that needs to be brought to attention, the need for more plug points . With today’s usage of gadgets. It’s limited

The location is excellent, being near Ipoh and Canning Garden. Parking is free and located near the hotel. 4 to 5 EV charging bays are available at the car park. Checking in is smooth and fast. The double room is a bit small but well furnished. It is ideal for a short 1-2 night stay.
