I recently stayed at The Ritz Garden Hotel in Ipoh and had a pleasant overall experience. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and enjoy Ipoh’s famous local food. Room: The room was clean and spacious, with basic amenities like a TV, mini fridge, and complimentary water. The bed was comfortable, and housekeeping maintained the room well during my stay. However, the decor felt a little dated and could use some modern touches. Facilities: The hotel offers decent facilities including a small swimming pool, gym, and free parking. I also appreciated the in-house spa and massage services after a long day of sightseeing. There’s a café downstairs, but I mostly ventured out for meals. Service: The staff were friendly and helpful, especially at the front desk. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. Value for Money: For the price paid, it’s a good budget-friendly option in the city center. Ideal for short stays or business trips. Overall: A comfortable and convenient stay with everything you need. If you’re not too picky about modern aesthetics and are looking for a central location in Ipoh, The Ritz Garden Hotel is worth considering. Rating: 3.8/5

Very good service

Everything is good. But just the facilities sauna room and stem rooms are out of service since very long time ago. One disadvantage in the room is unable to find or contact the counter from the room. Need to walk to another building block to look for the customer service.

Nice place to stay....clean...near the town....but limited parking
