Old hotel but the cleanliness was good. Room was quite good for the price that I paid. Only downside was the parking at the basement without lift. It's a bit troublesome for an old man or disable person to use staircase to the lobby. Air condition was superb. Bath towel was a good quality but without hand and face towel. 1 unit of hotel lift under constructions and the drilling noise start at 10.00am.

Good as always. My choice of hotel to stay whenever in Ipoh. Room is clean and spacious. Food was good.

We loved Impiana Ipoh. Nearby to Town and got basement parking. The breakfast spread is superb, delicious. We have limited time here but will not hesitate to come here again.

The room was spacious and comfy. I love the room & hallways fragrance. The breakfast was really good with lots of options. However, 1 thing I don’t like it that much is that the room was a bit dark in the evening. Could have added more lights. There were not many sockets as well. Only 2 next to the bed but I need to unplug the lamps to use.

Older hotel facilities but ok to stay for short trip. My room, two bottles of water given but one is empty used bottle, just telling us how much is the attention to work😌. No small towers given. Car park dark and dirty .

Overall satisfactory with the services provided. Need to improve the basement parking is too dark & water leaking when heavy raining.

ask counter staff send foods to room.say cannot, after cafe close.at 10pm ask.what also.cannot.give, equipment in the gym spoilt ot missing, this is a.hopeless hotel. i wonder why hotel management cannot do anything to improve it.

The staffs are helpful and friendly. The room is spacious and good, I like the bathroom with bathtub which now not many hotels have. The furniture is old, recommended to do an upgrade renovation. The pool is always not available 😅. Location 📍 was near to city centre by Grab, nearby limited eateries and no convenient store/ mart. One thing I complain about is the pillows are smelly 😬 lucky I only stay one night.

The room is run down. The place is long overdue for upgrading. Even some of the buttons and indicators of the lift needs upgrading. Like going back to the 70s. Location is good. The basement parking is creepy. I parked outside and got a summon by the municipal council at 8. 03am, 3 mins after parking fee is required.
