Great location with superb views from the reception and breakfast area on the 12th floor. Check in was slow and room quite small, otherwise all good.

位置就在大草坪南面，打車到火車站5馬幣，步行到周邊的美食都很方便，二奶巷也是步行方便。樓下有7-11。

道路を渡るとすぐに有名な見どころに近い。周りにレストランも多くイポ－観光には最高のロケ－ション。モヤシ、チキンの店には15分位歩くが、食後の運動にちょうどいい。目の前が川と公園なので、夜は静かです。1階にセブンイレブンがあり、何かと重宝します。部屋に冷蔵庫が無いのが、減点かな。イポ－は2回目ですが、次回もここに泊まります。

位置離二奶巷很近，一些茶室步行就可以到達，雖然靠近路邊但也安靜。有會中文的前台，保安服務也很好。熱水需要插着房卡久一點才夠熱。

酒店位於怡保市中心，地理位置優越便利。距離火車站才800m， 步行15分鐘即可抵達酒店。 房間近期才翻新，乾淨舒服。

Ask for a towel change but take some time to get it and need 6 calls to confirm the request and housekeeping action.

今次居住4天3夜，踏入房間，打開電源，聽到一陣不停的高頻聲音，初時以為是空調開機時的聲音，之後便會回復正常。但外出遊玩後，晚上返回房間發現情況一樣，在夜深人靜時更覺煩擾，整晚未能入睡。之後，更陸續發現其他問題，情況如下： 1. 保險箱損壞，未能設定密碼及鎖好 2. 洗手盤淤塞，去水緩慢 3. 電視接收系統欠佳 4. 經電工維修發現高頻聲音是電箱發出 翌日帶著熊貓眼與前檯溝通要求換房，前檯未有體諒顧客反而推三阻四，令人失望，最終在本人強烈要求下，事隔兩個多小時才能換房，阻礙了一個上午的出行時間。 讚賞： a. 維修人員表現積極，態度良好。電箱高頻聲音及保險箱密碼設定即時維修妥當，洗手盤淤塞則需更換配件，換房離開時仍在努力中，電視相信是系統設計問題，難以改善。 b. 酒店地下大堂幾位保安人員十分親切友善，出入打招呼，幫忙開門，特別是較高大的保安人員，笑容滿面、態度令人舒服。

酒店位置挺好，在二奶巷和火車站邊上，肯行距離;環境裝修漂亮，安保不錯，協調預訂週末大床價格276rmb。美食多，但不合我們口味，步行1公里有必勝客和KFC。

這間是我自去年至今住得最舒適，各方面都非出色的酒店！ 地理位置-優越，十分鐘之內可走路到舊街塲景點，買的吃的選擇非常多 衛生-優越，從進房間起，床舖，地板，街生間都非常潔淨。 佈局-雖然房間不大，但衛生間比例算得上大，燈光佈置適中，晚上亮燈房子明亮，如果不喜歡太明亮也可變成溫馨，燈光可以照到房間每個角落，也可隨意條較，可見酒店在這方面設計用上心思 服務-用心到位的。雖然酒店非五星，但從前台服務員到每天出入都幫忙拉大門的保安員，每次都掛著微笑，我個人覺得是達到五星酒店的服務水準的 總的來說，是出色的酒店 順便一提，感謝前台小姐當天給我安排了景觀很好的房間，能見到怡保的山與河，感激！
