Nice to stay for families. Room are occupied well

The deluxe room I stayed in was so new and clean! Plus the staff there were so friendly and helpful. Will definitely book again!

Overall OK.. Jus morning a bit noisy when below dimsum shop opening @6am...

The hotel is located strategically: restaurants, convenient stores, morning market, night market, stalls are all accessible. The room service is commendable; helped us to keep the room tidy. The staff are friendly, especially the receptionist guy at night. We will probably go back to this hotel if given a chance.

Room is spacious enough for 4 adults. But wall is thin enough to hear next room argument.

The hotel has a great location, which made getting around quite convenient. However, I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of cleanliness — the bed, pillows, and blankets could have been fresher, and the room would benefit from some renovation. While the staff could have been more attentive and helpful, I would like to commend the security guard for being friendly and courteous throughout my stay. With some improvements, this hotel has the potential to offer a much better guest experience.

Good, behind the hotel got sell dimsum, near to Ipoh airport. The room is clean and big.

酒店地理位置很棒 周圍都有很多便利商店可以選擇，咖啡店也很多 去市區也不遠，public parking lot也很多 唯一的缺點就是枕頭有點異味和family room的樓下是點心店，凌晨就開始聽到推車聲音 影響到了我們的睡眠質量
