It’s not just a hotel – it feels like you’re staying inside a gallery perfectly mixed with nature. We travel quite often and this is probably the most beautiful hotel we've ever stayed at. Me saimme kunniahuoneen päivityksen ja rakasti sitä! Se oli “tammi”, joka oli todella yksityinen uima-allas ja terassi katsella rantaa. Vain upea! Henkilöstö ansaitsee suuren huutonsa. Jokainen tapasimme oli ystävällinen, aito, ja meni ulos heidän tieltä varmistaa, että olimme onnellisia. Vähäisistä yllätyksistä huoneessa suuriin tippeihin saarella, se tuntui kuin he todella välittäisivät kokemuksestamme. Bar manageri ja tarjous meni ylä- ja kauemmaksi - jopa sekoittamalla tuoretta mangoa vain juomia! Calilo ei ole vain paikka jäädä se on kokemus. Jätimme tunteen täysin uudistunut ja jo suunnitellut kun voimme palata. Jos ajattelet sitä, varaa se. Et kadu sitä. Me varmasti jäädä pidemmälle seuraavalla kerralla!"

"This is the best hotel I have ever been to. Dimitra and her amazing staff create a home from home in this beautiful hotel on this incredible Island. I have been to many hotels and I can honestly say this has been the best experience all round. The hotel is immaculate, the facilities are fantastic, the food is delicious and everyone who works there treats you like family and they cannot do enough for you. I would even go there on my own it’s so wonderful. I am very sad to leave them all and I will definitely be a returning customer. Thank you all so so much."

Armadoros Hotel / Ios Backpackers

"Hotel was okay but the female staff member with brown hair was incredibly rude. My friend and I had gone to get some groceries and left them in our bag while we got in the pool. She went out of her way to look inside our bag (which is very rude) and started shouting at us across the pool that we aren’t allowed to eat at the pool. We weren’t eating we had just left our groceries in there. She proceeded to shout at us for about 15 minutes nonstop calling us impolite and saying she will ban us from the pool, we weren’t even being rude we politely responded saying we’d put the bag away but she would not stop shouting. She was very grumpy and continued to have an attitude with us for the rest of our stay. Other girls staying at the hotel told us they had the same experience with this very rude and grumpy staff member"

Marcos Beach

"A Beautiful family run hotel with lovely sea views. Marcos, Jackie and Harry were great hosts and went out of their way to help us from taxi's, island information and last minute extended stay. The hotel has a lovely pool and everywhere is spotless. Its 5 mins from the hotel down a track to the beach and there are regular buses or taxi's to take you into the town. Will definitely be back when we can. Thank you all for helping us have an amazing holiday !!"

Flisvos Hotel

"Well where to begin…. Arrived in the evening to flisvos as a group of four girls, we were a little apprehensive from reading some of the other reviews online and when we arrived and saw the outside of it but thought we would give it a go …. the owner was friendly and showed us to our room. Our shower was handheld, there were bugs in our beds and there was a mysterious blood stain on the mattress - we also were just given a sheet to sleep with and the mattress. I would NOT recommend staying here unless you want to catch something"
