Ios Grand Pool Suites

The room was very good. The pool is amazing. One improvement possible is to include more pieces to hang the towels in the bathroom. Also, the space for luggage is small, it only fits two small suitcases. For big suitcases, there should be a stool to put it on.

There was so much to love about the pool suite we stayed in - genuinely comfortable king size bed (not two mattresses put together), incredibly friendly helpful staff (without exception), stunning views of the bay from the private garden, beautiful infinity pool overlooking the sea, exceptionally generous and delicious breakfast delivered to the charming shady courtyard area each morning, spacious living area, fridges in room and outside, clean, two lift rides away from lovely beach and restaurants so not too much walking required. We also had lovely massages at the Spa. The beach near the ferry port is also stunning and only a ten minute drive away. The hotel also arranged transport to and from the ferry port for us. Reception always there for advice and recommendations. I really can't think of any down sides or anything that needs improvement. The design is so well thought through and matched by wonderful service. I would highly recommend this hotel and Ios itself which is quieter than other resorts so suited us perfectly. Most of the Santorini hotels (even the very good ones) blast annoying loud music out all day by the pool side but this hotel is lovely and quiet. We have stayed there twice now and hope to return again. Thank you to the reservations manager Demitrios and all the staff who looked after us during our stay. We hope to see you again next year.

Opted for the Panoramic Suite and it was spectacular. The terrace was the best part of the stay. There was a refrigerator and wet bar along with a large lounge, large dining table along with two other chairs. Outside the living room was another 4 seat table for evening sundowners. Fabulous large pool with two in pool chairs. The breakfast in room service was excellent as well and very enjoyable out on the terrace. In room facilities were perfect as well. Best part of our three week trip. Now a part of Hyatt via the Mr. & Mrs. Smith boutique hotel chain. Highly recommended.

Stunning hotel in an excellent location for all the activities you’ll want to do on Ios. Hotel staff were incredibly nice and accommodating. Highly recommend!

The best place to spend a relaxing cozy and calm time while being in Ios island! Staff extremely friendly and polite…location and scenery remarkable….food amazing … breakfast in room full of fine manchies …veranda of suites with their pool at its best and on top cleanliness of rooms at its top!!! The management and the team are always there to assist and offer you the luxury you deserve!!! A top property to stay at !!!
