A really great hotel experience. Clean, comfortable, great location in an area with lots of history, attentive staff and great breakfast with delicious quality food. For what you get, the price is very reasonable. We got bumped from our nearby VBRO and fortuitously ended up at Its Kale which was so much nicer and classier without feeling removed from the Ionannina experience, in fact, it enhanced it.

A beautiful boutique hotel, where you feel like home, with very good service, friendly atmosphere, and great breakfast! We greatly appreciated their attention to cleanliness and quality. The rooms as well as all the areas were thoroughly clean. We very much enjoyed the breakfast which was made of fresh and good quality products, and included tasty Greek pies and sweets. Another important reason that would make me return to this hotel is the very convenient location, as it is close to the lake, good restaurants and shopping area.

A very nice place in the very center of the city, in the ancient part, very close to the gate of the Acropolis. The reception is very interesting: a glass floor shows the remains of an ancient well. The owners are super kind and helpful. The best part is the breakfast, with delicious home made pastries and cakes.

Excellent location, service and breakfast. Friendly environment, real Epirus hospitality. Very nice for a short excursion. Easy access to the city centre, lake Pamvotida and island of Ali Pasa and Kyra Frosyni. Ideal for all seasons, even for professional trips.

The hotel is traditional and modern at the same time. Very nice decorated and super clean. The owners are very polite and always available to give you tips and instructions. The location is perfect..in the castle area, near the Byzantine museum but at the same time at a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. I would definitely recommend! Value for money!

The boutique hotel is within the old castle walls close to the lake, restaurants, shops and museums. The breakfast and hospitality was exceptional. The room was clean modern, great shower bathroom with comfortable beds. Thank you Dimitri and your family for your kindness and wonderful hotel stay.

Really lovely rooms, very warm welcome and first class breakfasts. Great location for the older parts of the city. The host went above and beyond the call of duty, preparing a lovely tray breakfast for me to have in my room early one morning. Very helpful.

Excellent rooms and breakfast! Very good location near to the city castle, to the musiems, to the beautiful lake and the boats that take you to the island and it is also near to the city center. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The hotel provides all the amenities and I recommend it for all seasons!

Excellent hotel situated within the old city wall, easy walk to all places of interest and has parking nearby. Rooms are large, clean an spacious. Breakfast is plentiful and not to be missed. Staff are friendly and very helpful
