positiv: schönes Hotel, gute Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, sauberes Zimmer, bequemes Bett negativ: Aufzug war defekt und nach 4 Tagen immer noch nicht repariert

酒店非常乾淨整潔，也非常舒適。樓下的餐廳酒吧菜品和酒都非常不錯嘛。一定要嚐嚐因弗內斯當地的高地威士忌以及當地松子酒做的雞尾酒bittersweet melody，太讚了。

Very good service & one of my frd got robbed in London, need urgently cancel one room and the hotel assisted us without any extra charge. Super friendly and great service. Only 30 mins by drive from airport, walking distance to city centre. Very convenient!

酒店位置不錯，就在市區。在當地算比較新的酒店。酒店設施很新，唯一美中不足的就是燈光有點暗。工作人員服務態度很好。酒店有專屬停車場

能住，因佛內斯里還是推薦的中規中矩

The room I had for my first night had a constant whistling sound from the air vent, it was quite loud at night. When I asked to change to a different room, I was told all rooms have the same issue and it's how the building being built, nothing they can do about it. When I complaint to the front desk the next morning, the front desk staff was very helpful, I was given a different room which hasn't got the same whistling sound but a low humming noise. Other than the noise issue, I am happy with everything else. Not for people who are sensitive to sound and light sleepers.

酒店位置好，靠近河邊，有自己的停車場，10英鎊一晚。步行可到市中心的小商業區，麥當勞星巴克都有。房間空間大，睡的舒服，不過不提供礦泉水。酒店員工熱情，特別是早餐的經理老爺子，很棒。早餐豐富，西式的。沒有牙膏牙刷拖鞋，記得自備。總體很值得入住，推薦。

靠河邊，酒店比較新，房間大，員工待人熱情和善。住的舒服。酒店在因弗尼斯算是較大的酒店。早餐也不錯。

酒店設施新，乾淨衞生，性價比高，停車10磅還算合理，但是wifi還要收5磅就比較坑了，算了小錢也不計較了，除了這點其他都很ok。

WiFi 收了15鎊，説是什麼高速WiFi ，接入時沒有任何提示。2025年了，WiFi還收費，前所未聞，深坑。這酒店入住還收按金，退房會退，但到賬就比較久了。

I’m so happy to have stayed at AC Inverness! My friend and I were very satisfied with our stay—the room was comfortable, and the cost-performance ratio was great. One experience that left a deep impression on me happened when we were about to leave. We were in a rush to catch a bus and very hungry, so we bought some quick meals from a nearby convenience store but had no way to heat. I went to the hotel bar on the first floor for help and met Ismail, a staff member (an elderly gentleman). He was incredibly kind and helped us heat our food. He even worried that we didn’t have utensils and provided them for us. I was truly touched by his kindness. Encounters like this while traveling far from home are incredibly heartwarming. Thank you so much, Ismail! I will definitely stay at AC Inverness again next time and will recommend it to my friends.

This hotel was ... beyond amazing. It was right smack next to the river and the hotel was so beautiful. Being in inverness itself was alrdy so great but this hotel made it better.
