Las camas un desastre, le faltaría un poco más de limpieza. Justitos en el tema toallas, ya que faltaban alguna que otra en los cuartos de baño. Por lo demás estaba todo bastante correcto aunque faltaría armario para la ropa. La situación del apartamento excelente.

A little loud. I found the area a little loud at night. In hinse sight, it is across the street from a few pubs in the heart of Iverness.

My opinion An excellent place to stay! The only issue is parking is about four blocks away in a parking garage. And, you have to go to a different place to get your key. The apartments are a nice size, clean, plenty of amenities, and in a great location!

Brilliant Lovely stay accommodating hosts

We came down to reception and complained about our room. Blood on walls, bedroom and bathroom uncleaned. We complained about the door jam, you can see into the room from lobby and vice versa. To be told there is maintenance. You cannot give a client a key for the room at check in and then on complaint say there is maintenance. Asked for another room and raise your voice. To be given a key to another room that had feces on the floor and STILL in the toilet.

Absolutely appalling experience. This hotel completely ruined our trip to Inverness. We arrived late only to find out they had double-booked our apartment, leaving us stranded with no other options. We had to scramble and pay £700 out of pocket for a last-minute stay elsewhere. They promised us a full refund after this disaster, but four months later, we’re still fighting to get our money back. Their customer service is a nightmare—ignoring emails, dodging calls, and making endless excuses. Do not trust a word they say. Save yourself the stress, time, and money—avoid this place at all costs.
