Absolutely appalling experience. This hotel completely ruined our trip to Inverness. We arrived late only to find out they had double-booked our apartment, leaving us stranded with no other options. We had to scramble and pay £700 out of pocket for a last-minute stay elsewhere. They promised us a full refund after this disaster, but four months later, we’re still fighting to get our money back. Their customer service is a nightmare—ignoring emails, dodging calls, and making endless excuses. Do not trust a word they say. Save yourself the stress, time, and money—avoid this place at all costs.
