必須好好誇誇攜程，服務簡直無可挑剔，預訂體驗超棒！這次入住的是因弗內斯的一家酒店，規模不算大，卻自帶一種精緻的氛圍感，一踏入，身心就不自覺放鬆下來。 房間設施相當出色，衞生間和浴室巧妙隔開，佈局合理又顯貼心。暖色調的裝飾搭配柔和燈光，處處透着温馨，住起來別提多愜意。服務人員態度親切，響應及時，有需求都能迅速解決，好感度拉滿。 每天早上供應正宗的蘇格蘭早餐，獨特風味，讓人食慾大增，開啟活力滿滿的一天。酒店前面有條清澈的小河，波光粼粼，景色美不勝收，沿着河岸漫步，呼吸新鮮空氣，別提多享受，周邊環境靜謐，特別適合散步放空。這次入住體驗超棒，下次還選這兒！

Very warm welcome, staff was super friendly and helpful. Lovely clean rooms and everything was perfect. Breakfast was very good too. Amazing experience, would definitely stay again.

The hospitality is great. Chamapgne upon arrival is a good gesture. However, there is a price for everything in this hotel. After spending a lot of money, the least is to expect not to pay for water etc.

環境優美，裝修有品位，服務非常熱情，早餐是點單式的，就是英式早餐實在太難吃了，大家可以試試其他選擇。

It was a beyond excellent stay at Ness Walk. The service and staff have been exceptional and warm. The rooms were beautiful and clean. Whenever we needed help, the staff were always really kind, warm and helpful. They've really created such a wonderful impression and we would only recommend Ness Walk to anyone visiting Inverness.
