Nice hotel but be careful with the shower if you make it too hot it can set the fire alarms off

The hotel location was good, very near town centre and close by to a multiple levels car park with electric car charging options, 24 hours was only £9.00.  Food menu wasn’t big but nice food overall.

The hotel staff are nice and friendly. The facilities are great.

Good experience overall. On Trip.com it states there is free parking available, but this is not true. The hotel did clarify this when I mentioned parking on my booking request. They advised us to park at the Old Town Rose Street parking (paid) which is less than 5 minute walk away.

love the location .. walking distance to victoria market and eastgate shopping mall.. short walk to the riverside.. parking place is about 2 mins away.. so many restaurants availabke around

Great Stay. Pictures did justice to the expectations. It’s very close to the train station and accessible to shops.

不是旺季感覺性價比還行，就是沒有地方停車，對自駕有點不太友好，就在市中心，十分方便！！其他方面還可以，中規中矩

It was a very nice trip, I highly recommend catch a bus 302 and travel to Loch Ness also Dunrobin Castle+2 hours on the train but It's will be nice. About the hotel, breakfast was nice but the same, clean staff very friendly, interesting tonic water with watermelon, lime and mint, American Pool and Gym was nice.

Hotel is great and the stay was comfortable. It's quite convenient to walk to the bus station as well at the train station. The room is clean however the toilet shower doesn't has a door and the water slashes out causing whole toilet to become wet after shower. The hotel do provide bottled water in room and has a restaurant on the ground floor. The staffs are friendly and overall stay experience was amazing.

Excellent location and nice large room. Few amenities, but all essentials provided. Service was mostly very friendly.
