Druid House B&B

Unusual building layout with some rooms closer to the eating area making early morning prep and conversations a bit bothersome for light sleepers. Staff and ownership are very helpful and the location is excellent and on a quiet street.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, it's was a welcoming and pleasant environment. The B&B is one of the nicest I've ever been to, the house is stunning. We made a mistake with our booking but they couldn't do enough to make it work for us. The breakfast puts posh Hotels to shame. Full Scottish breakfast is available with a cold continental style as well, easily the best continental array of food I've ever seen. I would highly recommend this place and hope to visit again soon

Druid House, Old Edinburgh Road South Verbally abused by this business using my personal phone number from ***********. Booked to stay here for 1 night, received an email if not there by 8 pm then cancel and find somewhere else. Sent message back explaining they cannot need the business if they can turn people away after this time, as I am sure people arrive later then 8pm and that we will be there by 8pm. Within 10 min received a phone call from them verbally abusing me saying it is my F**king house and I can do what the F**K I want. Putting the abuse aside, but not nice experience, they have used personal details from *********** and used them inappropriately and not within the laws of using personal date and breaching confidentiality laws, just to abuse a customer and not able to deal with criticism from customers in the tone of there emails that must be sent to all. I would NOT what so ever recommend this place at all and this is form someone who did not even get to stay there. Michael
