The Inveraray Inn, Signature Collection

Hotel ubicado en un edificio histórico. Debido a ello no cuenta con ascensores por lo que no queda más remedio que subirte el equipaje a pulso por las escaleras que no son pocas, sobre todo hasta la primera planta. La cena y el desayuno bastante bien. El lugar donde se ubica es muy bonito, frente a un lago que en realidad es el mar ya que esta abierto a él. Lugar muy tranquilo, un buen sitio para alejarte del estrés y disfrutar de la naturaleza. Las instalaciones son muy básicas.

I arrived by bus from Glasgow, and the bus stop was right at the door. Had three great nights with terrific choices at breakfast, all cooked to order, no buffet here, and all a really good standard. Excellent meals in the bar too in the evenings.

The room was comfortable enough but no view to be had as we were facing the back court. This would be an issue on the 2nd night as early morning staff were moving bins and stock around so the day started too early. We were also roused by noisy early guests slamming the corridor doors next to our room. Breakfast was quite tasty however the coffee machine is vile. We had an evening meal which was OK but we all felt it would have been so much better if it could have been served in the dining area rather than around a small bar table. This was the reason for eating at the George the 2nd night however that's wasn't any better to be honest. Maybe if the hotel reads this they can think about offering a discount of some sort to retain diners as we had booked via a deal and the other hotel benefits without the sacrifice on room rates. Would I stay again... yes but only in a different area of the hotel

The welcoming was great the room was excellent stayed in the same room before the staff were fabulous, food 10/10 great value for money cannot wait to go back. Great location to visit other parts of Scotland and travel was free with your bus passes if you are of that age.

The room was right above the kitchen and too hot without aircon. The kitchen staff saw fit to have the radio blaring at 6am and waking us up
