This hotel is in a fab location right by the loch. Every member of staff is friendly, efficient and hard working. I was there on a great value deal which I'd had to rearrange twice due to a hospital stay. This was done with no issues, complaints or mistakes. The welcome was warm. The staff bent over backwards to be helpful. The food was delicious (if volcanically hot!) and breakfast was the best I've ever had in a hotel, we didn't feel rushed despite being down for the last available slot and kudos for having Marmite, so rare and always appreciated by me! An excellent experience in a great hotel. I hope to be back.

Exemplary hospitality - the staff team really is fabulous - welcoming, friendly and very helpful in every context. The setting is stunning and the historical building has been sensitively updated. The food in the bar and restaurant is delicious and it was great to see locals enjoying this alongside tourists, creating a warm, inclusive ambience. We would wholeheartedly recommend and hope to return.

A traditional welcoming old style hotel. Our Loch View Room 108, while a little small, had all the comforts, with modern ensuite and quality toiletries. The public areas comprising public bar, lounge bar, and restaurant, also obviously popular with the locals, are well appointed with plenty of comfortable seating. The food was well prepared, generously portioned, and reasonably priced. An ideal hotel for a chill-out break in a beautiful area.

This was my first visit to the Inverary Inn. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Great atmosphere in the bar, good wholesome food, nice wines, reasonable prices. Very comfortable room - good quality furnishings even though the decor was bland. Great breakfast, amazing views and good staff. Hope to return for leisure!

Booked this hotel on an itison deal which was fantastic value for money. The staff were very friendly and helpful , and food was excellent. Breakfast was made to order plus there was a buffet for fresh fruit , cereal etc. The dining room was lovely and the evening meal excellent. The lounge bar also sold food and was cosy atmosphere . The bedroom decor was a bit tired and mattress could have been a bit more comfortable but shower was excellent and facilities were fine. Would definitely return but request a room with a bigger bed as found double bed too small .

Overall our stay was excellent, the staff through out were friendly and courteous The breakfast was extremely good. The bar was good, efficient staff. The price was not on the cheap side , but it is Inveraray and a cup of coffee in local cafe was expensive, so I presume the hotel price reflects the area.

Hotel ubicado en un edificio histórico. Debido a ello no cuenta con ascensores por lo que no queda más remedio que subirte el equipaje a pulso por las escaleras que no son pocas, sobre todo hasta la primera planta. La cena y el desayuno bastante bien. El lugar donde se ubica es muy bonito, frente a un lago que en realidad es el mar ya que esta abierto a él. Lugar muy tranquilo, un buen sitio para alejarte del estrés y disfrutar de la naturaleza. Las instalaciones son muy básicas.

I arrived by bus from Glasgow, and the bus stop was right at the door. Had three great nights with terrific choices at breakfast, all cooked to order, no buffet here, and all a really good standard. Excellent meals in the bar too in the evenings.

Had an excellent two day stay , all staff were very friendly and helpful , room was lovely additional touches with throws , popcorn , biscuits and plenty stocked tea/coffee , had nice loch views . Food and drink menu had extensive variety to suit all , excellent food and great value for price range would recommend visit
