My experience at this campsite has been quite disappointing. Today, I witnessed two staff members (mother and daughter owners!!) speaking to guests in an unprofessional manner. Two young families were loudly confronted and asked to leave the changing rooms and then closed down the pool which we were swimming in for no reason. All seemed excessive and extremely rude. There are certainly better ways to communicate concerns, but that wasn’t the case. This behavior has left a negative impression. We plan to leave as soon after just one night and will be looking for other options in the area. I would not recommend staying here. If you own and manage a property and your job is hospitality then you should really know how to interact with customers in a professional manner. This whole experience was so disappointing!

The way two women staff members spoke to guests today is the worst I have ever seen. Two young families screamed at and kicked out of the changing rooms because they deemed them too loud. There is ways to talk to people that gets your point across but this was not done. My own experience was not great either. Extremely rude one older woman in purple and the other younger one in blue. Terrible staff. Campsite in a nice location but we will leave tomorrow when we get the chance and move someplace else. So disappointing.

Estuvimos en Interlaken 5 días, alojados en este camping, en un Iglú Deluxe (muy cómodo y bonito). El camping está muy bien calidad-precio,los espacios comunes (cocina, comedor, duchas, baños...) están muy muy limpios. Los dueños y el personal súper agradables. Tiene un pequeño supermercado con todo lo básico y además se puede encargar pan de un día para otro. Está muy bien situado a unas pocas paradas de autobús del centro de Interlaken. La zona es maravillosa, en el valle, con todo montañas alrededor. Maravilloso!!!!

Such an awesome campsite. Very clean and tidy great amenities. Very friendly staff and in a great location. Will definitely return again and again. Definitely recommended. Great for family’s and solo traveler's looking for a peaceful comfortable and scenic get away.

Die Umgebung, die Aussicht einfach herrlich. Der Camping ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit und freundlich, wäre da nicht Stephan! ( deswegen nur 4 Sterne ) Super ausgestattete Plätze. Perfekt mit Hunden, da es direkt am Wald und Fluss gelegen ist

Excellent campsite. Very welcoming owners. Spotlessly clean facilities, lovely showers. Close to everything you need. Walk to Interlaken in about 20 minutes. Also on bus route to which you are given a bus pass to travel at no cost. Highly recommend lazy rancho. If you plan on eating out it is very expensive.

We have recently returned home after spending 8 nights at Lazy Rancho after we toured around Europe. First of all what a fabulous location and setting, waking up to snow capped mountains and fresh air was wonderful. The site was busy but spotlessly clean and well maintained. Great facilities although the site relies on solar power so best get in the showers during daylight hours otherwise its a cold shower. Another great perk was free local bus travel so Interlaken was just 2 stops away (5 mins) and all the train stations within 10 mins, it was so easy to get around with plenty of lovely walks.. even though the site was very busy and not much space once darkness fell it was very quiet. Our only complaint would be the pitches were not marked out, while we kept to ours and had some nice space around us, this was soon taken by our neighbors with extra tents or cars. We even got blocked in on our pitch because cars had parked in front of our way out, maybe mark out the pitches to stop this or be more strict with these people with many tents.... its a very minor point in a truly wonderful holiday, we will be returning in 2025... well done Lazy Rancho staff

Nous avons passé 5 jours dans ce camping. Il est bien placé on peut faire beaucoup de choses à pieds ( lac centre ville…). L’accueil était super. Tout était parfaitement propre, les emplacements bien délimités et très calme. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

We staying in our 7.8m Hymer following booking ahead. Our pitch was a good size, with water, electric and grey water on the pitch. However, it was right by the entrance to the site, which was busy, but at some points quite entertaining! There are two shower blocks for men and for women. One is the larger block open to and from set hours, and another smaller block by reception which is 24 hours. Both are modern and very clean, in fact, some of the best blocks I’ve seen. Temperature controlled showers with push button activation. 5 in total, 5 toilets and 4 urinals, all immaculate. Good washing up and dish washing facilities too. Location is good with a choice of regular busses such as the 21 (on the main road - 10 minute walk) or the 105 (in the residential area - 5 minute walk) both of which take you into the town which is lovely. All in all, a nice place to come back to after a days sight seeing or enjoying Interlaken.
