Friendly and helpful staff, heater are warm enough, free public transportation card, complimentary coffee and tea , pleasant stay

房間不大不小，屬於家徒四壁風格，衞生間的枱麪非常大，洗澡水有點忽冷忽熱，冬天的時候對着雪山可能很美，走到老城需要一點時間

（多間預訂訂單點評，如有雷同，請參考其中一條）酒店地理位置還是很方便的，早餐還可以，就是其中一晚熱水壞了，設施不太行，圖為酒店外觀，餐廳，早餐，公司團建隨便找了一家預算內的酒店，無功無過。

一個讓人以後還會去住的酒店，辦理入住就給我們城市交通免費券，還免費給我們酒店咖啡吧的消費券，雖然不多但是足夠讓你可以在酒店咖啡吧享受下午茶時間。房間空間很舒服，有水吧，微波爐等。

非常不錯的酒店。位置不錯 舒適又乾淨設施齊全。窗外就能看到阿爾卑斯山。服務員很友好。早餐及自帶餐廳都不錯。停車位非常充足，包括地面前後兩個停車場加地下二層停車場，也有充電車位。衹是我看到有評論説連住2晚以上會贈送Innsbruck Card但是我名沒有享受到，我是付費購買的。

The hotel is at a good location though it is not at the city center but at least you can get a parking lot. Currently the Tourism Board is offering a transportation pass for those that stay at least 2 nights. With that pass, you can take the bus and trams easily to visit places of interest.
