Very nice place for stay.good environment,very tasty food and good service and rate also affordable.I stayed in many hotels but I am feeling at home at tripti hotel.everythink is clean.parcking area is a very save and spacious.staff behaviour is very cooperative

Don't be decived by the pictures mentioned on the hotel listing. Really bad hotel. Management is not maintaining the hotel. The pictures posted on Google and other websites are of the hotel when it was under management by Treebo. Currently the hotel is in a really bad shape. I was allotted 2 rooms Room 202 and 205. Room 202 the bed sheet had cigarette burn marks and the blanket cover had food stains. Room 205 the bathroom smelled like a public bathroom and the ac in the room was not working even when put on 17. The reception was informed about the issues and the cleaner was sent to room 205 and 202 to fix the issues. It was determined that the ac in room 205 was out of service and some of the hotel helpers knew about this but the room was still allocated. The smell in the bathroom still didn't go away even after the cleaning. We decided to check out the next morning. Only to our dismay at checkout is the management not refunding the money which it had taken as advance for the booking. This is very unprofessional behavior from the Management who was not ready to come to the hotel to talk.

Literally I stay different type of hotel but this hotel is best for family and staff behavior is soo friendly and the best think is food was soo delicious Awesome Location. Very Good Services. Quality Food. Overall Good Experience. Highly Recommended.

We had a lovely stay at your property. The staff was very helpful and courteous especially Room Service and House Keeping who took care of us and made our stay extra special. The food was also very nice, would recommend this property to everyone.

The hotel was worst non management rats are running on floor .I Complaints about the lizard in the rooms but no one come form change the room there are bugs on Bed.Food ws not upbto mark they dont have person who male the food
