Dear Team, I recently stayed at Papaya Tree in an Executive Room for two days, and I would like to share my feedback regarding the experience. The biggest concern I faced during my stay was the lack of ventilation in the room. There was not even a small opening (not even a 1x1 ft ventilation), making the entire space completely enclosed. This had a direct impact on air circulation and, consequently, customer health. I personally experienced discomfort due to this issue. Additionally, I encountered several maintenance issues, including: Tap issue – Damaged, Continuous water from the shower.
Chair issue – Broken. AC noise issue – The air conditioner was unusually loud, causing disturbances. I strongly recommend that the hotel take immediate action to improve ventilation in the rooms, as fresh air circulation is crucial for guest comfort and well-being. Also, addressing the mentioned maintenance concerns would enhance the overall experience for future visitors.
