Motel 6 Indianapolis, in - South

They are nasty. They have bugs and then want to tell me to mind my own business. No I will not. You need to do better. They charging people extra money. It's not right. I don't recommend this motel. Honestly go somewhere else. They are rude. They don't care about people.

I had a frustrating experience with the Motel 6 that used to be at 4585 South Harding Street, Indianapolis, IN 46217. The hotel was sold to another company, but no one informed us, even though we had two rooms booked months in advance. Just two days before our trip, I checked our reservation and found that it no longer existed. As a result, we had to spend over $300 more for two rooms and ended up 30 minutes away from the convention instead of just 5 minutes. This inconvenience was due to the lack of communication about the hotel change. When I contacted customer service, they wouldn’t offer any solution except to book us new rooms further away at an upcharged rate.

I read the reviews about this particular Motel 6 prior to driving there from Las Vegas, Nevada with my family. I made reservations and paid for a five day stay. The reviews were false and full of lies and deception. This was the most God awful place I’ve ever been to in my Life! The first room was beyond filthy with roaches, so they moved us three doors down to a room that was just as bad as the first room. That room was filthy! We had to sanitize it with hand sanitizer. The Indian staff was rude, you had to exchange towels to get towels that were so worn the stains were still on them. So we had to purchase towels from Dollar Tree to bathe with. The bathroom had the worst moldy smell! I forgot my Apple Watch and called to see if they found it and they did but gave me 48 hours to get it. I was seven hours away and they didn’t offer to mail it back to me. MY ADVICE TO EVERYONE WHO READ THIS REVIEW, PLEASE NEVER EVER STAY AT THIS MOTEL 6!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!! THIS PLACE WAS THE PITS!! I REGRET SPENDING OVER $400 FOR A ROOM!!!

Pleasure to stay here. Great staff clean rooms new beds and just a relaxing stay. The staff is very helpful and always eager to make sure the guest is taken care of. Parking lot nicely cleaned and the updated rooms are perfect.

The parking lot was super clean upon arrival. Check in was very easy the front desk was a delight. In the room everything worked perfectly and even had a RoKu tv to watch my favorite shows. My rest was enjoyable nice and quiet. Check out went very smoothly and already decided to stay here again when I pass back through. Great room great prices and the staff was very much a delight

The exterior of the hotel was well maintained, pleasing to the eye and the staff was extra helpful through a mistake in the booking. Will stay again. Love how clean the parking lot is and how well maintained it is now.
