Welcome to The Blue Lagoon! It is located at the 18th hole of the Mountain Ranch Golf Course. The house comfortably sleeps 10 adults in beds and a large sectional couch in the living room and basement can accommodate more sleeping arrangements. WiFi is provided and 3 televisions are available, all with Disney/HULU/ESPN+ to entertain the family. Use the grill, hang out on the deck, or gather around the fire pit out back. You can find a Ping Pong table and a Galaga arcade game to keep the kids happy. The House is centrally located in Fairfield Bay. It is within walking distance of the beautiful Mountain Ranch golf course, live music, community pool, and restaurants, and within a 10 min drive time of a marina, tennis courts, the famous Cool Pool, bowling, mini golf, and other activities. Bring your ATV or rent one locally and experience the 90 miles in trails our area has to offer! We hope you decide to choose us for your vacation needs. The house was perfect for all we needed. It was a great location and the owner was awesome. They were very responsive and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and recommend this home for a great stay

Perfect for family vacation! Great location Stayed here for our annual family vacation this year. Beautiful home and comfortable, as well. Lots of seating and sleeping space for everyone. Lots of fun with the ping pong table and video game, too. Fully stocked with everything you need for a week away from home. Plenty of pool toys, as well. Great communication and no issues at all. Several local restaurants if you don’t want to cook. Very close to the marina if you want to go out on the lake. Would love to stay here again.

This is a great location and roomy home. Kitchen and living areas were great. Master bedroom suite is very comfortable. The other bedrooms were lacking in comfort. Would not recommend using the basement - musty. On the whole, it could use a facelift.
