Building Painting Project – October 13th to November 14th. The Indian Harbour Beach Club will be undergoing exterior painting during these dates (Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM; Saturdays only if delayed by weather). From 11/3–11/14, painting moves to the north, south, and west sides with little to no impact on your stay. The pool and beach remain open, and walkways will not be affected. Located in beautiful Indian Harbour Beach, Florida in central Brevard County, we offer guests a relaxing stay. All our units are direct ocean front. Each unit is a beautifully decorated 2 Bedroom/2 Bath condominium. This 1350 sf corner unit condo is in the Indian Harbour Beach Club on the fifth floor. Great views of the rocket launches and cruise ships leaving Port Canaveral. This beach front condo complex is a hidden gem that most people do not know about. Those who do know about it, usually reserve their rooms a year in advance. There is covered and open parking. And on the inside, the master bath and guest bath are fully equipped with all the necessities. Linens and towels are provided. TVs are in the living room, master bedroom, and guest room. Content is supplied by Spectrum and complimentary movie channels are provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would expect. Refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove, coffee pot, blender, toaster etc. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and the guest room has two twin beds. The living room has a sleeper sofa. The laundry room has a large capacity washer and dryer. The complex also has a heated swimming pool, shuffleboard courts, outdoor gas grill, and a car wash area. Conveniently located near Publix, Winn Dixie, Walmart, and many restaurants. Beach chairs (2), an umbrella and beach towels provided.
