Ocean Front Paradise Resort

We stayed here for one night. The place is a small apartment, very clean. We did need to air it out, by opening the door for a bit, due to a strong cleaner smell. Sitting outside in the chairs, you can see the ocean. It is a very short distance to the water. The location is great. What we did not like was the windows do not open. Also there was a door off the bedroom that was locked. We actually did not try the key for the front door to see if that would unlock it. We felt uncomfortable that if there was a fire, there was only one way out. Also, we would have loved to have the fresh air of the windows being open. We were told there were no screens because of mold issues from the salt air!?! Overall, okay for a nights rest. There could have been some paper towels, tissues, maybe tea & coffee, for the price we paid. Checkout was at 10am. When we asked to check out by 1045am, we were told no.

It wasn’t quite as nice as the pictures made it look. I have a feeling that 50 years ago was the place to be. But that time has came and gone and the property didn’t quite come along for the ride.

The most amazing owners! So kind and helpful. Amazing location.

The cleanliness was very impressive, towels were changed every day. We will come back if we have the chance, thanks to Ms. Christie.
