Très bien situé en ville, bon accueil, grande et belle chambre, piscine intérieure et jacuzzi pas testés, petit déjeuner plutôt complet au bord de la piscine. Parking sur place. Plusieurs restaurants à proximité. Le jour où je repasse à Las Vegas j'y retourne.

When we got here there were blood stains on the bed, the floor was dirty, broken lighters were all over the room, half of the lights didn’t work in our room, and the toilet didn’t flush. This morning: the entire buildings electric went out for about an hour and a half and they had no emergency lights in the hallway, bad service from the workers, and a half done breakfast. The only “decent” thing was the pool that had no towels. They would not refund us and the manager refused to speak to us, when we had asked for new sheets they gave us another set of dirty sheets. We asked if we were able to check out later due to the power outage and they said no in a very rude manner. This is not a good hotel to go.

The little girl at the front desk practically threw herself at my husband, hinting that she had a ******** pole in the room that she stays in. The hotel was nice enough but her behavior was disgusting and I will never stay there again as long as they employ such trashy help.

Despite some of the negative reviews, I found this place to be clean, quiet, and close to local amenities. Pool area is top notch, waterfall pool with 2 in ground hot tubs. Easy walk to local pubs, grocery store and pizza shop. Front desk was helpful about the area and had our room key waiting since we booked on line.

Was very leery of this spot after reding the reviews. We were on a motorcycle trip in route to Topeka. Everything nearby was booked, and it was getting late. We took a chance and booked online. Hotel was awesome clean, quiet and close to grocery, bars, restaurants and gas stations. Pool area was great. 2 in ground hot tubs, fantastic pool clean and well-kept plenty of space with changing rooms. Breakfast could have been better was ok at best. Overall, a very surprising, good experience.

This place is horrible. It’s run by a Indian family who are downright con artists! They will try anything they can to charge you additional money after you check in. The pool smells like fish. And the women who runs this hotel is the most unprofessional women I’ve ever met.

Nothing remarkable, but well kept and pleasant. I would stay there again rather than at one of the big chains. Nice pool area. Plenty to see and do in Independence. Staff kept the ample breakfast well supplied.
