Western Grace Hotel Incheon arvostelua

I decided to booked hotel this area because was stayed this area before. It’s was very nice area. After I missed a flight back to America. I checking in at about 10:30 PM. Front desk not even say greeting. Front desk young lady not talk English so the conversation just show her phone to me to read that transaction from Korean language. Not smiles. So I stayed 1 night. In the morning ( April 19 2025) I ready to checkout, no one at front desk ( I noticed that they have 2 reception for 2 hotels ) I want to asking them for transportation to Incheon T2 airport, I saw one lady who busy with computer screen. Says hi to her and she ignores me. The weather is not good condition that morning, rainy, windy ( hard) foggy because of located in front ocean. I don’t know how to call Taxi so I walked to GS25 shops that next to hotel. The guys at cashier very nice, he called taxi for me, helped me move 2 luggage to taxi. He very nice , smile , welcome to help. I’m so thankful for his helping. I will never come back to this hotel and will tell who I know to not stay here. I like Korean  foods, like the place to look around, I will be back.

乾淨整潔空間大

20층을 배정받았는데 뷰가 너무너무 좋고 근처에 좋은 식당이나 카페가 많아서 너무 좋았습니다!!

깨끗하고 직원분의 친절한응대서믄좋았습니다ㅎㅎ 다음번에도 기회가 된다면 한번더 이용해봐야겠다고 생각이들었습니다

여자친구와 100일 기념으로 자쿠지 룸으로 예약했어요! 시설도 진짜 깔끔하고 프론트에서도 친절하게 맞아주셔서 기분좋게 시간보내고 갑니다! 오션뷰라 마음도 시원해지고 간만에 힐링하고 갑니다!

房間乾淨，但是過小，家庭式房間，房間還有簡單廚具！酒店就在海邊，海景不錯，可惜去的時候和走的時候都趕上退潮沒有看到大海！

3시 조금 넘어 입실했는데 디럭스스파룸 만실이라면서 612호 배정 받음 객실키부터 멘붕 ㅠ 청소 … 몇년전 묵었을때 만족도가 높아 부모님 모시고 온 여행에 이번은 저는 좀 실망했습니다
